We tried the laundromat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and I would suggest the hotel to get rid of this service if this is the level they want to offer. There are many good laundromats in the streets of Tokyo, one is literally next to the hotel.

We really liked the luggage storage before the check in, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.

The bathroom is really small for a European-sized person; it is difficult to sit on the toilet without banging your head against the wall, and not to get the hook of the bath towel rack in your face, it is even dangerous.

The rooms were tiny but they are very upfront about that and you get what you pay for. The area itself isn’t the best, if I come again I would choose a different APA hotel in another area that is more central in Tokyo. But walking to the nearby station was still very easy.

The hotel was neat and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area had a lot of restaurants around and close to train stations and bus stops.

It was expected, but the room was really small. The hotel was quite a walk from the nearest metro station (10 minute walk) which can be a lot when you have luggage with you.

The location was really good if you want to walk around Shinjuku area or you want to be close to a Don Quijote. They do offer free baggage storage on the day you check-out which was really convenient for us as we had out flight at 11PM.

Excellent location in the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was really comfy and the room was restocked with clean towels and amenities each day.

There was working a man in this Hotel. I think about 40-45 years old. This man was so rude. He didn't like comminication. He didn't be helpfull for our questions and request. We forget ask what his name.. Absolutely this man be warned.

Hotel is near the Godzilla. Absolitely in the center. Metro is walking distance. We loved to location. In a crowded and lively place

Not being allowed to open the window did leave the room feeling very stuffy, and the airco was dirty inside the flaps.

I really liked the location and the ease of access, with three stations within 15 minutes of walking through interesting neighbourhoods. There were enough facilities to make the stay comfortable, and even umbrellas that could be borrowed on rainy days. The room had excellent sound-proofing, and clean towels were delivered daily.

They have 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for the whole hotel. Dryers were really slow so you had to be lucky to get one free and you had to dry your clothes for at least 2 hours to get the almost dry.

Despite the inbound demand by foreigners, 14,000 yen for a one-night stay with no meal seemed a bit expensive to me.

Since I usually live in the Philippines, I have a new appreciation for the awesomeness of Japanese hotels.

I don’t know if it’s language barrier but the lady staff had this agitated voice higher than the usual Japanese tone during our check-in. I was trying to complete the details of the second room when the passport scan failed. She supposedly will help us but I just felt I’m an idiot when she was talking to us. She was like interrogating and told her why she is agitated. Unfortunately she doesn’t understand the word. I told myself never mind. Hope this must be corrected I feel she is just rude..
