The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. It was convenient for the station, which was close by. It has the feel of a 5 star hotel, with hottubs, which I didn't use. I'd definitely stay here again, if staying in Kyoto.

Not enough Washing Machine for the size of the Hotel. Having a place (even a small shelf) where to put clothes out of the luggage. But standard to most APA hotels unfortunately.

Great location (3 minutes walk from Central Train Station). Room is small (Japanese standard), but still slightly bigger than Tokyo's hotel rooms, spotless clean Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and diverse enough. And the "onsen" (spa) is such a great relaxation time after a hard day of walk/tourism.

The room is far too small, cannot find a space to open the Small suitcase. The bed for one person can be reduced the width by @5% to allow space for suitcase opening.

The location is good..very near to konbini and kyoto station…the staffs are friendly and helpful..have luggage storage…pajamas are provided…iron also provided as i requested…the room was nice,clean and comfortable…can see kyoto tower from the room

Room is extremely small for twin share, with only a view towards the inside of the complex, a carpark area. There is room under the bed, however it limits access to your items, so we used the desk and a chair. No luggage rack was present. The checking was rushed through by the staff assisting us, though they were pleasant. It's likely easier if they allowed us to do it ourselves rather than rush it. Another next to me said similar. Only 3 washers and dryers. It's not until we waited for one to be free were we aware there were ones located in the spa onsen areas. Shame they aren't located on another floor.

It's very close to Kyoto station. The cleaning staff were happy pleasant and always said hello. Note, Laundry is accessible via stairs, so if they are an issue, you might want to consider a different option.

Check-in is at 15:00 I think it is late, check-out is at 10:00 I think it is early. If you pay extra, you can stay +3 hours.

Close to the station. There was a Japanese Bath you can use once (I couldn't because of tattoo is allowed). The room was small, but I knew that. They keep your languages.

Our room has no locker to keep important items. You can't manually switch heat or cool air conditioner by yourself.

The location is very convenient. You can see the hotel from Kyoto station. The room is quiet and sound proof is good. Breakfast is good and the ice cream is delicious.

LIMITED area for breakfast too accomodate the guest. Even we are willing to pay for the breakfast. They only allow a certain number of guest to avail it. They can offer take away breakfast for those who cannot get the buffet breakfast.
