The location was great. So close to the station (yamanote line) and shops. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Komagome is not a very desirable location but the APA hotel probably is the best in the area and the Yamanote line station is not far away. APA hotels are known for nationalistic propaganda but their price-performance ratio is very high.

APA hotels offer small but spotless rooms. They usually do not host tour groups who tend to use a lot of internet bandwidth. The hotel actually exceeded my expectations.

No lobby where you can sit down at.

Location is the best thing about the hotel as they are a couple of minutes walk from the JR yamanote line komagome station which takes almost to everywhere you need to go to in tokyo. The room had a view of the tokyo skytree. Room is clean and as efficient as possible given the standard tight space in all japan hotels in general. Family mart is right next to it which is very convenient for night snack.

The room space is a bit small where recommended to store the luggage underneath the bed which may be quite inconvenience.

The bath tub has odor.. The room is not so warm even I turned on the air con heating. The room is not bright enough.

The location is good. near by the metro Station. The hotel is located in the residential area. so it is not noisy. And there're lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around hotel.

Quite cold staff more busy to talk each other that greeting customer when coming in who's rare in Japan and it's for these reason a mention it! No laundry machine.

Good hotel location in a residents area away from busy Tokyo but with excellent transport connections. Nice to feel the real Tokyo with all you need around.

A very good location like 2 min from komagome station, staff were friendly, clean room I really enjoyed my stay, the neiberhood was calm I really recommend this hotel

Just one problem - when I came back to the room on the day of the cleaning, I found my bedclothes and things I usually use in bed on the floor which was quite shocking. As a consequence I requested no cleaning foe the remainder of my stay.

Good location on the Yamanote line connecting to most key locations in the city. Clean and high standard place, feels more luxurious than the number of stars despite the room being small all necessities are there and bed is very comfy.

There is no coin laundry

The hotel is a bit outside of the main area of Tokyo however it’s located near the metro line so it’s easy to get anywhere within 20-30 mins. The room was quiet and they provide fresh towels every day without requesting the cleaning service.

The room price was high during a long weekend (3連休). The hotel location is away from the crowd. If you want to have night life or shopping, you have to take Metro or JR.

Clean and modern room. Helpful staff. Hotel is a few minutes walk from JR or Metro stations. There are convenience stores nearby.

The hotel room size is small but sufficient just like any other APA hotels. What I dislike was the fridge turned off right after leaving the hotel room, some food spoiled due to that.

The hotel location is quiet and away from the busy city, yet easily accessible to any place with only few mins walk to metro, Convenience stores (familymart and 7eleven) are right around the hotel as well. Visited a few local restaurants nearby and they surprised me!

The hotel cleanliness was not ideal. For example, I have to clean the toilet myself a bit after my check in. Also, I found a piece of dust attached to the bath towel that was given to me.
