Second hotel room's bathtub had a funny smell. Other than that it was perfect.

I had to adjust my stay and they were more than accommodating. They made sure I was settled before I even got up to my room. I will always opt for APA when I have a choice of where to stay in Japan.

The hotel was excellent and great for value of money. Even though the rooms were smaller, the attention to detail and the maximising of space made it very comfortable and cosy. It had all the amenities you needed, and is in very short walking distance to 24 marts, eateries, and train stations. We walked to various locations with no issues in Asakusa (Tokyo Sky Tree and Senosji Temple). Most trains also stopped at the Kuramae Station which was right opposite this hotel! This made it extremely easy once we arrived! Staff were great and professional. If you’re looking for a low budget option as a couple, this hotel might be for you.

The location and the staff are superb. The hotel is clean and organize. We feel safe and secure because of the key card access to get into the elevator. It has a laudry station, too, tho sometimes there is a queue but manageable. The room is a little small but enough for two people. We happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing too bad but the staff, albeit very polite and always available, were not much fluent in English. Therefore sometime we had problems in communicating with them. Nevertheless, their politness and readiness to help compensate this aspect.

The property is right in front of a train station, its the perfect neighborhood to be away from all the crazy tourists, there is a 24 hour convenience store next to it and a 7- 11 less than 2 minutes walking. The staff is very polite and the lobby is small but clean. The rooms are small so if you are a large person, I wouldn’t recommend it but The most important thing is that the beds are comfortable, I stayed in other 3 hotels during my stay and the beds were awful.

Everything was great except the rooms were pretty small size. Two people barely fit in a room and if there is a child 10 and older (like in our case), booking an additional room is necessary as 3 people can definitely not fit in one room comfortably.

The garbage disposal is difficult when you’re not used to it, and it was kind of weird watching other people place garbage bags in front of the door for the disposal of them.

Well placed, using the Asakusa line was really easy, and the hotel is nice for the price.
