RussiaThe staff wasn’t really communicative. The AC is weird, no matter what temperature you set it would blow really powerfully.
We really liked staying here. Everything was well-prepared, nice and clean. They offer a variety of pleasant things of good quality: toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, gel, combs, etc. Check-in and check-out processes were pretty fast and easy. They also allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after our check-out.

United KingdomEverything great except was hoping to be able to leave luggage there whilst we went travelling for 6 nights and return for our last night but staff said we could only leave for a maximum of 2 nights so decided to cancel last night and use alternative hotel.
Compact but comfortable, normal size double bed, very clean, surprisingly quiet for location, staff very pleasant. Maybe 4 min walk to subway station with easy connection to other lines and on direct line to Haneda Airport very convenient. Large selection of restaurants nearby.

GermanyThe room had some smell when we entered so we opened window for a while. The room is quite small. They didn't have a big bath on top of the building. Some of APA hotel have it. The pillow was not so confort for me.
Although the room was small, it was clean and had everything we needed (haire dryer, room slippers and refrigerator etc). Many restaurants close by.

RussiaThe hotel is located 3 minutes away from a train station and it takes about 45 minutes to get to hotel from Haneda airport. Compared to other hotels, this one provided early check-in at 13:00, which is quite nice for the early arrival. The local area is quiet, has 7-11 store near and local cafes and restaurants. Recommended.

Breakfast was a little inconvenient, especially in the rain, but no great problem. The main downfall and only complaint is the size of the rooms. Even at twice the size, they wouldn’t have been cheap. The staff were all superb.

ChileIt's a bit unclear how the cleaning and garbage disposal works for a first timer in Japan. There were also conflictive room neighbors and while the staff tried to prevent them from forming a scandal, the conflict continued all night regardless.
It was very clean, very good location and very comfortable. The staff is young and full of energy and a good attitude. They will help you in the best way they can. Language seemed to be a minimal barrier but it was by far the best service we had during our trip to Japan.

ItalyThe pillows are not the greatest. There was a pillow with a sponge like net, which I did not adapt to, and the other one had some beads inside, quite odd. AC centrally controlled, so we could not change it to match our preference. Luckily, it's wintertime, and I simply opened the window to cool down the room for a bit.
Rooms are well equipped with toiletries, hangers and hooks making the space feel larger. Beds are comfortable but pillows not so much, I should have asked if they had a different style but I didn't. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, I recommend staying there. They allow you to leave your luggage before check-in.
