Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Property was clean and very accessible to many locations, while it’s a 7 min walk from the station it was still convenient. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

IsraelThe attitude of the staff who were not eager to help, the cleaning of the rooms only upon request and they did not say so at check-in, really small rooms
I liked the price and the relatively convenient location

United KingdomRoppongi is a bit lame.
Good location. Less than 19 min walk to Roppongi station and the main hub of food, drink and shopping in the Roppongi district. There is an onsen on the 18th floor. It’s exceptional.

United KingdomNothing to complain, thank you APA!
Excellent location near Roppongi station which is a central hub for navigating Tokyo and also near a wide variety restaurants and key sights like the Tokyo Tower, Mori Art Museum and teamLabs Borderless. Breakfast is varied and ends at a very generous 10.30am, perfect for holiday lie-ins. The pool was closed but the sky lounge is great to sit in with a view of Tokyo. The onsens (hot springs) were an interesting experience and Japanese gowns and slippers were provided in the rooms. The rooms are small but we made it work with four suitcases fitting under the bed, and it's still excellent value for the location so would highly recommend.

MalaysiaIt would be great to have more hangers and hooks for clothes.
Everything was awesome. The room is small but it has absolutely everything you can need. The facilities are also great, especially the roof onsen (it was so helpful after rainy days).

South AfricaYour railings are dirty. Hotel guests couldn’t use the music bar because you rented it out for a private function. We couldn’t use the pool. The pool “lounge” wasn’t more than a few uncomfortable chairs next to an unusable pool. No bar or access to drinks. Onsen very basic.
Location great for Lab and Tower. Good restaurants in area.

United StatesNothing. The property was great!
The space was beautiful and the room was well kept! Yes, many reviews mention they are small rooms, but for the price and location, it was perfect! They don’t claim to have spacious rooms, but their amenities are on point and the facilities well kept. Totally worth the stay!

United StatesOn the way there, one of our suitcases broke. I bought a replacement nearby the hotel, which was great. However, when we inquired at the front desk where we could dispose of the broken one, they said we couldn’t. I understand that space is at a premium, but this was quite an inconvenience to us. Surely a hotel this size has a dumpster? Anyway, not a big deal, and certainly not something that would make me not recommend them or stay there again! I’d go again tomorrow if I could!
Beautiful hotel, small but very comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our group had booked two rooms, and the hotel put us right next door to each other without us even requesting it! Nice location - safe and clean, convenient to food, shopping, and train line.

United KingdomHotel was advertised with an open air swimming pool which was closed during october onwards for seasonal reasons, this doesnt make sense as it was 26 degrees outside. The yukatas that were provided as a requirement to wear in order to access the baths were too small for a large chested woman, so we were unable to use these facilities either. The breakfast was very overpriced and inferior compared to local cafes and restaurants. Room was tiny compared to similarly priced hotel chains in europe.
The lobby and staff were great

SpainAutomatic check in. Tiny room. Window to inner corridor to few cm of a wall, terrible. Check out at 10am is unacceptable for hotels this category. No gym. One has to pay to use the pool!!! Extremely expensive for the value ($180/night!!!). I've been in way better places for less than half the price.
Location is ok, bed size is ok. Hotel is quite new so facilities look ok (questionable design).
