The only problem was that when I turned on the air-condition it got cold very quickly so I raised the temperature, but it took a very long time for the air-condition to stop cooling. even though I set the temperature to 30 degrees celsius, the air-condition kept cooling the room for at least 10 minutes until it stopped and started just blowing uncooled air

The hotel and room were great. beautiful hotel, good rooms with everything one needs, very comfortable shower faucet, toilet with bidet, many lights, dark curtains, fridge, wall-to-wall carpet, and the room is not even too small like other APA hotels

Room was TINY, not recommended for two people Swimming pool was closed, which wasn't on the booking.com page. Breakfast was (very) poor, and that is the one thing why I will not be coming again. Effectively there was nothing for me to eat. I just had coffee. Both my colleague and I are vegan, so do not eat meat, fish, chicken, nor egg (well, my colleague would eat eggs, if pushed) I would expect a substantial breakfast, including non-diary milk; cereal, wholegrain bread, a variety of fruit, nuts, perhaps a vegetarian sausage, fried egg (for my colleague, I don't eat eggs). As you can see from the above: other than coffee there was nothing for us to eat. There was white/cake-style buns, and I found some orange-parts at the Japanese section. We had breakfast elsewhere later. That is the one thing why I will not be coming again. The 'automated' check-in was (very) slow, and I prefer to be checked-in in-person, and there were three staff to assist me with the automated check-in. That to me did not make any sense.

excellent deal, the furnitures were brand new, large screen easy to use. check in and out with automatic stuff, quite efficient. the location is great, the verve coffee near is amazing. and the onsen with the little gym space is also a great surprise

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the outdated and impersonal ambiance of the lobby. The decor seemed to be stuck in a bygone era, with an unattractive mix of old-fashioned furniture and fake glamour. The overall aesthetic felt tacky and inauthentic, lacking any sense of modernity or charm. Additionally, the checkin process was frustrating and impersonal, significantly impacting my overall impression of the hotel. Room was tiny, 11sqm, but with all amenities needed.

Somehow I had difficulty sleeping on the bed, may be I was not used to that kind of bed

First of all I liked the overall vibe of the hotel, it was much better than i expected. I was really happy to use the free Onsen available in the hotel, it was really relaxing. The room has neat, clean and I did not had trouble in terms of its facilities. My room window had a great view both in the night and in the morning. I really would like thanks the staff for helping me out when I need things to be done like printing my documents, finding locations, etc I had a great time. This experience is based on 1 night stay at the hotel In future, if I am visiting Roopongi I will surely book this hotel

This was the first of various hotels my husband and I stayed while we were visiting Japan. APA Hotels became my go to and most sought out Hotel in this AMAZING country. Every employee is courteous, the rooms are very clean and stocked with ALL the toiletries needed. Do yourself a favor and do not add more weight to your luggage, ditch your dollar store toiletries because APA has them all! Cant wait to be back
