We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We had a good stay at Hotel APA Ueno Ekiminami. It was in a good location that was easy to find; very close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. It had a good breakfast with many different options. Staff were very pleasant.

Location was exceptional close to the station with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioner worked amazingly during the summer heat!

Located in Ueno. Near many subway lines. There’s many delicious restaurants. We stayed on the 15th floor which is the highest floor and nice view. Really appreciated this room and view. One more little thing but we loved it was we didnt expect that free ice service at the lobby will saved our lives from super hot weather in Tokyo during our stayed. We brought cups of ice every time when we back to hotel so we can enjoy more cooler drinks in our room

South KoreaThe one thing I was not satisfied with was the inside noise. When someone next to your room opens or closes his door, you can also feel that the wall of your room shakes.
The location is good. It is close to Ueno station. Compared to that, it is pretty free of outside noise.
