AustraliaThe AC is centrally controlled and at the time was set to heating when I really would have liked cooling, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The two central lifts were slow and overly busy, and on several days it took 4 or 5 full elevators passing by before we managed to get on one to get to the ground floor. The bathroom and toilets were a little cramped compared to other, cheaper hotels I stayed at.
The hotel was in a good location, and the beds were reasonably comfortable with decent desk space provided. The staff were helpful and polite.

Hong KongAs usual in Tokyo, hotel checkout time is at 10:00am and is too early. The air-conditioning was switched to heater when outside temp. was just 13-20 degree. We had no choice to open the window and it's too noisy and I couldn't sleep well. The heater was finally switching back to cool in my last night staying there and was in the mid-night. We had paid for the breakfast buffet in the downstairs restaurant. Foods item were not good enough.
The location is good while only a few minutes walk from the trains station. The shopping area is just downstairs.

Staff offered me medicine- not the solution, open the window - cold air into the room but the smell of food and the noise - oh no! The cooler staff offered - help slightly. SlovakiaI would say the size of the room is really funny, but we expected it, therefore I had my own room to ensure the comfort and it was perfect.
location is calm and nice. lots of restaurants next door, one was opened until 4am. small supermarket just around the corner. In walking distance you can reach shopping street, Akihabara anime quarter (20mins), metro station, train station. we loved the location. we went for thai massage called Phuket just next door and it was great idea after walking all day.

United StatesBedrooms were a little more dusty than I would’ve preferred, but I’m not upset about it. The lobby and elevators get quite crowded right around checkout.
The property was very close to local subways and easily accessible from both sides of the street. Facilities were small, which is to be expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English and were accommodating. We ended up having to shorten our stay, and they were able to adjust our reservation with no issue. I appreciated that we could leave our luggage until we were ready to go to the airport.

GermanyThe reception was irritating, using airport-like check-in machines although the staff was not busy at all. The atmosphere was cool to cold, not really welcoming. The room was quite OK, yet the noise from the outside was not completely blocked out.
The location is convenient for people who wish to be in that area. The breakfast, offered by a separate company was decent.

They were incredibly patient in helping us fill out the Yamato shipping form. The location is also highly recommended, just a 10-minute walk to Ueno Main Station and surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants.
