We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Right in the middle of bustling Ueno, perfect for those who enjoy shopping and night life of Tokyo. Very accessible too as its the same station to board the Skyliner. APA hotels are typically small but always very comfy and clean!

United KingdomThe rooms can get quite hot which isn't really a bad thing as we visited in the wintertime and we were able to turn the heating down from the bedroom so overall nothing that we didn't like at all. We had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the local 7-Eleven, Family Mart and any other shop that sells any kind of goods you wish to buy. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The room was very clean and had everything you needed such as coffee, matcha tea, kettle, TV, Toothbrush and paste, hairdryer, fresh towels every day, shower gel as well as shampoo/conditioner. We loved our stay and would recommend Apa Hotel to all of our friends. We will come back again.

It is clearly geared to large groups and we were disappointed that the friendly and helpful hospitality we received across Japan was not received here. In addition, one of the two rooms we had booked had not been cleaned properly. Dirt and food wrappers on the floor. We had to plead to have the room vacuumed as they kept saying it would have to be done the next day!
