Very convenient location. It was very comfortable to stay in the room, it is small but you get everything and more than you need for a good rest. Loved their bed and different types of pillow choices. So nice for them to provide many useful amenities as well! Highly recommended and would definitively choose this hotel again!

We were one night. 2 rooms 1 double and one single the room size for 2 adults is very small and uncomfortable. the bed was good matress, but it was positioned on the wall. 1 partner had to jump over the other to come to his bed side. Not good at all. We did not complain, since our booking was 1 night

the staff members were very polite. But this is usual all over Japan. Helpful. We could keep out luggage there after check out. We did not have breakfast. (no comment here)

The staffs were so kind and cleaned the room. The room size was little bigger than same price of other business hotels. I didn’t hear any noise while I were sleeping.

No microwave in the room. But there is kettle to warm up water.

I stayed 2 times during my trip to Japan at this location (different weeks). The staff is real helpful. Little to no external noise, which made sleeping at night good. If I come back to Japan, I would consider staying here again.

The breakfast was not very varied, from 7 to 10, the last order at 9:30, if you came at 9, many things from the menu were already gone or it was cold

If you are a person that is easily hot or cold: beware. You were not able to control the temperature in the room. I have never heard of this before in my life. It was 20° C outside and there was hot air blowing because the “fan” setting was on the thermostat. We alerted the staff and were told that there wasn’t anything they could do because the temperature was regulated for the entire building. The staff provided us with a fan, which helped, but it’s pretty unacceptable that in a newer hotel that this would be a problem.

Check in and check out was easy and the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Room was too hot the first night and the AC controls wouldn’t work until I asked at the front desk the next day and they turned it on. Lost sleep. They offered no apology for this issue.
