The front desk staff was very nice and quick response to my request. The cause of the matter was my room very cool. The staff first tried to look for a heater to me but they were all out. Then he requested another staff to turn on my room's heater individually.

The lifts and the area Its in the shady part of town but still felt safe always Had an issue on check out day with a naked man in the lift, but it made us laugh 😃

Excellent location and clean with friendly staff Starbucks is around the corner, 2 train stations close by, the area has a lot to offer, not once did we ever feel unsafe at all, laundry to do washing close by also

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful in assisting me with information on options to get my luggage to the airport so I wouldn't have to haul all of it through public transportation by myself. The room was clean and good value for being conveniently located near the Shinjuku Station.

It is noisy if you are on the lower floors, 10 and above are much better.

Location was good if you enjoy bars and partying. Golden Gai is a short walk from the hotel which is where I enjoyed going out.

It could have been cleaned better; there were dark hairs all over the bathroom (that clearly weren't mine; I have light hair).

It's positioned in a great location, though it's in a busy area, so can get noisy at night time. I requested a quiet room so they put me on the 15th floor, furthest away from the noise. There is only one lift, which can be busy at peak times, so you may have to wait a while and factor this into any plans that are time-sensitive. The room itself is what I needed and fulfilled its purpose; comfy bed, bottles of water provided, a small but functioning bathroom, a handy display next to the bed so you can control all the lights. There was a paper crane in my room which I really liked and took home with me. The TV also has all the information on that you need (like Wifi, hotel information, even tips on where to visit in the area), a feature that I liked.

Only one elevator for a tall building, and no staircase even if you really need it. Rooms are miniature, but you get what you pay for.

Smaller room however very thought out in how the space is used. Literally has everything you need in a small space with a comfy bed! If your someone who need space then I would advice to go in separate room!

The room i got had a bad smell from the restaurant downstairs, burned smell. The room was clean, but had a smell if dust inside, as some corners of it wete still dusty.

The location and the staff were exellent. Also the bed was comfortable and the design of the toom were very pleasing

Only one lift for a hotel with lots of floors, so be ready for lots of waiting for the lift. Annoyingly the stairs are emergency only so you can’t even walk if you want to avoid the wait. The room was absolutely tiny, even for Japanese standards. Breakfast was okay if you enjoy curry and other Asian savoury food for breakfast. I do not, so only really ate an egg and some yogurt every day.

Right in the middle of shinjuku, location literally could not be better. My partner loved the breakfast as he could eat curry every morning! Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
