We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWould not be a good option for those looking to go in and out of the city/sightseeing as it is quite far out. Very much an airport hotel, but a good one.
Location perfect for those needing to be near the airport - only a few minutes walk from the station. Lots of food options nearby. Older building means bigger room and bathroom than all the other APAs I've stayed at which was a nice surprise. Laundry room available, though I didn't use it.

APA Hotels are always fabulous value for money. We stayed here after landing at Haneda late in the evening and the hotel is a short train ride from the airport. The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities and black out curtains which make a huge difference when you're very tired. The staff were helpful and very efficient. The neighbourhood was also very good - the train station is nearby and there's a supermarket directly across the road from the hotel which is open late.

United KingdomIt would help customer satisfaction if this Hotel was a little flexible on check-in and check-out times. The costs for extra occupancy time are extortionate. Please allow at least half an hour either way free of charge! Only a few guests will make use of this.

United KingdomThe man working at the front desk repeatedly addressed my husband, despite the fact that it was my name on the booking, credit card and that I was the one speaking with him.
The location was great, close to the station and very easy to get to the airport. There was also convenience stores nearby. It was in a nice neighbourhood. The hotel and room were clean and had good amenities such as a microwave which came in useful.
