We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hallways are exposed to the outdoors, theres a specific button to keep the AC running while you're out of the room that you need to keep an eye out for because the humidity will make the mirrors and interior very moist! I had a hard time coming back to my room at the end of the day since I went to bed/woke up with heavy congestion which could have been avoided if I noted the button to continually circulate the air in the room/air purifier.
Location was so easy to navigate and right next to a train station. I was almost equidistant from every attraction I had planned for my visit in Tokyo.

GermanyThe room was small and a bit stuffed with things, but it was ok. It was clean and modern. The staff was the biggest plus for me. They were friendly and all around really helpful. They helped my with sending my luggage with Yamato lugagge service and they helped me to check with my next hotels about late check ins. There is a subway station nearby. The Hie shrine is just 5 minutes away by foot.

Location was also in a very convenient area and was only a few minutes from the station. Room was a bit small, but enough for one person. Think it may be difficult with 2+ people though.

United KingdomThe location is okay and very quiet - close to a metro station but not walkable anywhere for good nightlife such as Shinjuku or Shibuya. If you go to these places you are limited to catching the last metro home as it’s too far to walk and taxis are expensive. Other than that there are some eateries and ‘bars’ about 10 min walk away but they close quite early.
The hotel itself is very clean, modern and luxurious, the onsen is lovely too - I wish the business hours in the morning were a bit longer though currently it’s 5am-10am. Close to a metro station and Hie Shrine. Very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. Helpful staff ordered a taxi for us to the airport.

AustraliaThe lift situation is a pain. You can wait up to 10 minutes for a lift. The main thing I didn’t like was the room. I’ve stayed at Capsule hotels where the facilities are outside the room so the room itself is just the bed. That’s not as bad as this where the room is not much bigger than a capsule but has a bathroom and a desk in it. There was nothing outside the window so the curtains were down so no natural light either. also the laundry always seemed too busy even late at night or during the day. also could be a pain if you want things to do during the day or night as it’s very difficult to walk anywhere significant .
Location was good for commuting from but not the best as there is not that many food places around. Not a lot to do in the local area so you have to travel out. The best thing is the spa on the 17th floor. Nice amenities and even a small laundry. Did enjoy a couple of sessions here after a long day sightseeing.
