Beds and pillows are super hard. Only cleaned some days not all, except always new towels and rubbish cleared. Sheets hardly fit the beds and the dryers need to be upgraded.

Very close to the station,very good service. I’ve been in Japan a couple times and my room was huge more bigger than average room in Tokyo. Very clean and helpful staff. I will return for sure

Very small - not much room to open bags etc. Nowhere to congregate if travelling in groups ie no dining areas or communal facilities.

It was close to a train station which made travel easy. There was a fridge and air conditioning which worked well. Surprisingly quiet location.

I booked this hotel for the experience of the robots for the kids- it was a disappointment to say the least. Nothing like the pictures on the website, small reception area, two robots which were basically mannequins

Expected more from the robots with check-in, they barely talked, we just had to check-in mostly on some self-service machine. Room was very small, and bed and pillow were most uncomfortable we had during our whole stay throughout Japan.

Very impersonal, just enough space to sleep. Reception area pretty sad and 3 stools to seat. Not super comfy as tiny space for 2 adults and 1 child. Ok if you're on a budget and solo or couple and staying 1 or 2 nights.

Location was good, near train station and eatery everywhere within walking distance. Nice surprise in the room for the child. Tea/coffee available, shower and bath. I could open the window for fresh air😉

We asked to leave the suitcases and they told us that there was no problem paying 2000 yen but when we went to leave them they told us no because on the way back we were not in the same hotel. In the end they called the hotel of the same company and we could leave them at the other hotel

The rooms are very clean and very well located 15 minutes walk from Akihabara and 2 minutes from the metro and train.

My husband didn't like the pillow.

Location was super. We had everything we needed.Loved the matcha tea and the clothes press in the room.Washer and dryer were also available. Quickly got used to the bed and pillow, which were actually quite comfy. It was very quiet and so clean.Staff were amazing.

Great hotel with a super nice experience using self check-in and check-out. It is a bit unusual but super fun to see how robots react to your presence snd how some other dance randomly. The room is decent and we had like 4-5 bags woth us since we were traveling Japan gor quite some time in other places. But overall would definitely suggest to friends and family and would consider staying here again. We informed thw staff that we were traveling for pur honeymoon and they prepared a very special surprise for us! Thank you so much 🫶

Check in is not negotiable unless you pay extra, even for one hour early. Totally ok but something to take into consideration when you arrive straight from the airport earlier than expected. No place to rest at the lobby.

Though it's my first Tokyo hotel, if this is the standard - I wanna live here. For a lone traveling it's perfect. They have Indian-Japanese breakfast which was great, funny robots at the lobby and overall a very quiet and nice hotel with everything you need in the room. Great value for almost no money.

Didn’t like the carpet in the bedroom. It felt a bit tired.

The hotel was great! Due to late arrival of the flight we checked in around 1am, but everything was ready for us, and the front desk was helpful. It's a great location with walking distance to Asakusabashi station (literally 2 mins walk), got bike rental downstairs, and lots of yakitori!

Maybe just the laundry dryer was not good enough, could not think of other stuff!

I like everything about this hotel! The staff members were very friendly and helpful, though they spoke very limited English only. However this does not affect the experience - it's walking distance to Akihabara station, lots of cafes, local shops, convenient stores nearby, and surprisingly the Indian restaurant downstairs was really good! Room was also great albeit small, but I booked a twin room so it was bigger than double room. It was also clean, and the cleaning lady was helpful. Bicycle and scooter rental LUUP was right beneath the hotel, so really loved this hotel!
