Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomExtremely small room. I could not even find a place to open my big luggage but the main door… and barely! And as funny as I found the dinosaurs at the entrance, I’m still coming to terms on whether I liked it or not. The only person in charge was helpful but not very kind when I struggled checking in.
Convenience as it’s very close to Haneda. Practical room, which was also very clean.

United StatesI did not like thst the shuttle services ended at 1045am and resumed much later in the evening. Our flight was at 17:15 so we ended up taking a taxi.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to train stations and airport. They offer bath amenities and robes.

JapanIt was all positive. I think there could be more shuttle services because the line gets long in the morning.
While I liked the robots, I would have liked a human around too. Maybe I'm old fashioned in that way. I don't know though, maybe a human would ruin it. It was fun. Rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was really good.

United KingdomLocation was great for Otorii station which is a 5 minute walk away and a further 5 mins to Haneda airport. Rooms were well equipped and great for a short stay. Dinosaur/robot reception is probably worth the money alone!

MaltaAirport shuttle could not be booked and we had to queue nearly 45 minutes to ensure that we had a place on the bus which did turn out to be full.
Comfortable room for 4 people with four beds which was unusual for our stay in Japan. Check in automated but easy to do. Close to Toyota shop where we had to return our rented car.

AustraliaRoom a little small with little space for two open suitcases.
The robot dinosaurs and reception girl and dinosaur themed decor were fun. The check-in process was pretty easy. If you have time, hang around the reception to hear the different voices. The small dinosaur’s voice is quite comical. Good location for late arrival at Haneda. Easy 10min walk from Otorii station.

United StatesNo major drawbacks. Location was good for airport, and fine in whole, but not necessarily a great destination in and of itself.
Neat check-in automation options and theme, though did require staff assistance. Easy airport connection.

AustriaThe remote control of the TV was dirty as f***, really disgusting to use. I also saw a stain on the bedsheet, I know it was only one, but this should not happen in a hotel at all
The dinosaur robots at the entry were fantastic! unfortunately something didn't work when checking in ( I think it was my fault), but the stuff immediatly came and helped us, very friendly Bathroom was nice and very clean It was definitly worth to book it for one night, it was not that expensive, also good and cheap to arrive with taxi

United StatesI was not expecting the reception area to be managed by robotic figurines. The dinosaurs really threw me off and there was no explanations as to why they were there. The room while comfortable was extremely small. It was much smaller than I anticipated. There was no room to put away my luggage or any personal affects. It's a one or two night stay but not for a long duration.
The location of the hotel was wonderful after I figured out how to get there from the train station, Otorii. It was great to have a laundry room available but it was very expensive. The shuttle bus to the Haneda airport was excellent and very convenient. The modern conveniences of magnetic room placards and projection entertainment was great. However, there were no shows available to watch.

Convenient location as we landed quite late. There was a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel, which was really good after our long flight. All amenities available in the lobby. Close to family mart where we went to grab a late night snack.
