Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesBooking.com said breakfast was included when I booked. When I arrived I was told it wasn't included and I was welcome to purchase a voucher. From around midnight until 4 am most nights there was karaoke singing from the street making it very difficult to sleep.
Great location, super clean. Loved the complimentary coffee and soda in the lobby.

SwitzerlandThe toilet seat was kind of broken. It has a heating system but not the nozzle. It didnt have the pressure enough.
I like the fact that if we dont request a room clean, you get your cleaning fees back at the end. I liked the laundry and dryer options, and of course a public bath! Its location was really good! The employees are so friendly. Even though their english was broken, they tried their best to help me! Thank you very much!

United KingdomStaff went above and beyond to help us with luggage that was stuck at a nearby location. The location is ideal for connecting throughout Tokyo. Twin room is very small but this is standard in Japan. Aircon didn’t work night one but after we informed reception they had it fixed straight away. Would recommend!

TunisiaThe hotel’s location is exceptional. It’s near the shinbashi station, close to ginza district and surrounded by many good izakayas and shopping stores. The room was small but comfortable. We enjoyed the bath in the 12th floor. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and we had a refund of 1800 yens for not using the room service 😍😍.

BrazilThe hotel is very well located, less than 5 minutes walking from Shimbashi Station, which has several connections to many major stations. It was very easy to get from one place to another. In addition, there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a great size for one person, it is practical for those who are traveling and will use it for basic things. The staff are attentive and kind and will help you as much as possible.

MalaysiaThe hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and is literally situated in the middle of entertainment district, so noise can be heard from below. Not loud enough to disrupt sleep but just a point to consider. The rooms are small with nary any space to open your luggage. I would recommend solo travellers who just need a roof over their heads and it's a way better option than capsule hotels because the rate is reasonable and the location is superb.
The staff is very helpful, plus the location of the hotel is extremely close to the train station. The rooms are what you would expect of mostly any japanese business hotels, clean and well kept. I would thoroughly recommend any solo traveller to stay in this hotel.

MalaysiaThe temperature are hard to set.
The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to JR line station Shimbashi. 10 minutes walk to Ginza Line Shimbashi Station. You can just walk to Ginza (about 15-20 minutes). There are 2 Family mart besides and near to the hotel. The washing machine at Level 12 is free to use (nees to have your own detergent/ buy from the machine) but the dryer machine is 300 yen for 45 minutes. Free flow of coffee/soft drink at the lobby.
