AustraliaOnly 2 coin-operated washing machines on the first floor, which were in use at the same time, and after waiting almost 2 hours for the other guests’ laundry to be done, they didn’t collect their laundry and reception could not open the washer door as they were locked by PIN codes. Couldn’t do laundry in the end.
Very convenient walking to Kyoto Station. Although the floor area of the whole room was relatively small, it’s standard size in Japan and it felt very spacious due to the way the furniture was placed in the room.

New ZealandStayed for 6 nights, said they clean rooms very 3 days but we believe no cleaning was done in OUR ROOM during our stay though we did see cleaners on our floor, but not really a big deal. Smoking room was small and ventilation wasnt great but thankful there was one. The wash/dry machines were expensive and didn't do a great job.
Bed was comfortable, and had enough space for 2 big suitcases under the bed. Held our luggage until check in time. Location was great, Kyoto Station is within a 5 minute walk and big shopping mall right across the road. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Kyoto.

JapanNo public bathrooms are available in the lobby. When we arrived, my son needed to use the restroom, and since there was none in the lobby, we had to rush through check-in. Also, it is nice to have the extra one downstairs when traveling with family.
The location was about a 6 to 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Thier was a FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7 Eleven all within a 5 minute walk.

AustraliaIt doesn't offer any fancy features, which wasn't expected anyway. The beds were a bit too firm. I didn't like the tickets to check in your room as you could easily discard it as a random receipt.
Excellent location: right across to a shopping mall and less than 10min walk to Kyoto station! Room slightly bigger than usual Kyoto standards. Excellent value for money! the hotel offers self check-in, but as I was struggling to get in , a staff member kindly helped us out with the process. I highly recommend this place if you travel early in the morning or late to/from Kyoto station and if you want to do some shopping from souvenirs to food court or anything else you need.

The property is very new and clean. Almost everything you need for a short stay is available in the room. Location is good, just 8 mins to Kyoto station and with a large Aeon mall just opposite. Room facilities is good, everything you need is available. The hotel is self-serve, but instructions to get into the hotel and check-in is a little confusing.
