Was kind of far from subway stations, but that was only an issue at night after I was tired from walking around all day. The room was a little dusty but the provided HEPA filter really helped with that. The view from my room was 10m away from some lady's balcony, but that is common in Tokyo. There really wasn't anything to keep me from coming back.

The location is right at a bridge on the Sumida River, but it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hanzomon, Oedo, or Shinjuku Metro Lines. Fortunately, the walks are straightforward and on flat ground with plenty of good shops on the way. This hotel is almost just like an APA hotel (same layout, same unit bathroom style) but is clean and comfortable. The beds are firm but comfortable and the pillows have one side full of buckwheat husks so you can choose the side that feels best for your head. The room I had was especially welcome since the building, for some reason, was always warm no matter how cold it was outside...I actually needed the cooling of the AC unit. Unlike other hotels with central systems that are switched on a certain day (and you can't get cool in hot weather), this was a welcome convenience. The tub was large and I could fit in it. The hotel itself was relatively quiet and had far fewer non-Japanese guests than the chain hotels, which helped in the morning when I didn't need to hear people screaming at each other. The breakfast was modest but tasty and welcome before a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is efficient. I would stay here again and enjoyed my time.

The check-in time (3pm) could've been earlier and checkout time (11am) could've been later.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating and allowed me to keep my luggage free of charge before and after checkin/checkout. The cleaning lady did an excellent job and was very friendly. The rooms were clean, although a bit small. The bathroom was very clean and had nice bodywash and shampoo

The room is super small! We expected it and booked it knowing it would be. Still a little smaller than we anticipated. Not a lot of walking room or room to store your luggage, but clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect! The location couldn't have been better; especially since some of us were leaving out of Haneda and some out of Narita.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel accepts luggage delivery, it's very clean, safe, and the complimentary beverage during your stay was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and surrounded by hidden gems: cafes, bakery, the water way with the bridge, etc. We picked this spot because of the value and the proximity to the trains and bus depot. You can't beat it! 4 min walk. Super convenient. There are great places to eat at the Bus terminal, plus a post office, stores, etc. There is a convenience store right around the corner also.

Great hotel is located in a central part of Tokyo, but keep in mind there is not much to see and do nearby. There is not bad transportation to other parts of Tokyo though. A very stylish hotel with good rooms.

It would be nice if there was a knife and napkin available at the breakfast service. There was a lot of dust under the bed, which is bad for those with allergies. Few washing machines and no connection to the television to know if they were available.

The location is excellent for those using the limousine bus system to the airports. It is a 5-minute walk from the station. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel, just cross the street.

The room was quite small compared to most hotel rooms I have been in Japan. There was a small misunderstanding while doing the check-in but it was easily solved by the staff

The hotel has relatively good location, the nearest metro station is at 7 minutes walking. The staff is friendly and the hotel looks a bit modern. It looks exactly as in the photos.

The breakfast was typical Japanese cuisine, so as someone who isn't a fan regardless, I was disappointed. Everything else was pretty stellar! The physical location is very weirdly placed and a bit difficult to navigate but once you get the hang of it, it's great!

The hotel was situated in a convenient area. It's within walking distance of a few stations (like Suitengumae Station) and only a 3-minute walk to the Tokyo City Air Terminal. Also, smoking is not permitted in the area.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which was difficult to find during my travel in Japan. Staff was really helpful and really nice. Location was perfect, on the river and 5-minute walk from the stop to the bus for the airport. There are two laundry coins, and the washing and drying machine works perfectly. A vending machine is also available on the first floor.A conveniente store is just behind the hotel. I loved everything of my stay!

Breakfast selection was not the biggest, but it was definitely tasty with both Western and Eastern food choices. Just a bit smaller rooms that one might hope for. Perfectly okay if you don’t need to be at the room a lot though.

Very friendly staff, who were available to help with anything 24/7. Cleanliness of the room was top-notch provided with all the toiletries you might need. Cozy, clean and comfortable beds. The pillow was maybe a little smaller than I would like.
