The location is great (about 10 min to subway and JR station). Very close to Ginza area. Also you can walk to Akiabara. The walkway from subway to the hotel is mostly flat, easy to navigate, and not crowded. Staffs are attentive and helpful. They left our luggage in the room before we went back to check in. The hotel provides all necessary amenities even pajamas. The room was clean. However, the bathroom is quite small and the shower area is a bit slippery and not elder friendly. Bed and pillow is a bit stiff but not bad. Overall, it is a nice stay for visiting Tokyo. Easy transfer from Haneda Airport via Hamamatsu.

-No obvious faults at all.

-The room size stands out as its strength. I've been to Osaka and Nagoya prior to Tokyo, and this hotel had the most spacious room among them -The location is great. It's only one stop from Tokyo station. By foot, it's an easy 15-20 minute walk to Yaechika and another 5-10 minute to Tokyo station. However, it's not a busy area and it becomes peacefully quiet at night. Therefore it offers either a relaxing sleep, or an easy access to the bustling Tokyo night life - depending on what you're after. -From here, major tourist locations like Ueno Park, Imperial Palace, or Ryogoku are all walkable

In other business hotels in Japan, I have been able to use a QR code to log into my YouTube and Netflix accounts. This room had a television that only showed regular Japanese TV channels.

The standard room is incredibly small. It’s very hard to fit two people and two large luggage bags. You can make it work as we did, but it is a very tight stay.

The location was incredible! It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to Kanda Station (one stop from Tokyo Station), a 10 minute walk to Akihabara, and a 20-25 minute walk to Tokyo Station. The staff was also warm and accommodating, and everything was very clean.

- no possibility to have breakfast - the hotel sits next to a noisy highway which can be heard at all times - still a tad far from Kanda station if you have heavy luggages

- Good size and confort for Tokyo - Good location, not too far from Kanda station - Laundry - small but cleverly designed bathroom - staff had good enough level of English

Toilet was super small, shower was ok but the sink was too low. And you have to step up into the bathroom, kinda weird and risky specially for elderly.

Relatively spacious, very friendly staff, there was laundry, microwave and vendo on the 1st floor. A lot of usable space in the room which is a plus in Tokyo.

Rooms can get warm and humid but there is an AC.

Good value, rooms were functional, staff were always present and helpful. Small fridge in room. Fabric freshener provided. Split AC in room. Location to major and smaller railway. Location to several konbinis. Quiet more normal location overall. Option to not have daily room cleaning, but rather every 3 days mandatory (hotel makes you very aware of which days).

Bathroom and room are very small, but that is true for all of Japan, so keep that in mind!

Great for a solo traveler! The area is very convenient and feel safe, staff super friendly. Great supplies too of face creams and so forth if you don't have them with you.

Convenient location, clean room, konbini right on the corner. Bed was big enough for 2 people. Staff was flexible to check us in before the formal check-in time and hold our luggage so we could go sightseeing.

The room was not that clean. pillow have some stains and hotel does not offer breakfast. The bed is very hard . The AC is old and noisy and you have to turn on every time you are in the room. location was not that good. We have to walk more than 3 blocks to get to the nearest station. the seven eleven and other kombini close by are small and any time we went they didn't have food and no many good restaurants around. Pay a lot for the stay due to the dates We visited but was not worth the money. I stayed in better places in Tokyo for less. Unfortunately the hotel I usually stay was fully book for the dates and I ended trying this one. I visited Japan couple of times and I won't book it again.

Good room size for Japanese Standards. Staff was professional. Once you get to the nearest train station you are close to Akihabara and Ginza.

Slightly Dated Facilities: The hotel isn’t very new, so a few areas show signs of age. However, this didn’t impact our experience.

- Fantastic Location: Close to Kanda Station, making it easy to access various parts of Tokyo via multiple train and subway lines. Perfect for exploring the city! - Spacious and Comfortable Room: The twin room was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable, especially for Tokyo, where space can often be limited. - Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, and it was clear the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining high standards. - Friendly Staff: Every staff member was polite, welcoming, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, quiet but still very close to touristy areas and multiple metro stations. The room itself was comfortable and while the bathroom is quite small, it is very clean and has great water pressure. Super helpful staff as well.

I think you can definetely find better for the same price and better location but we booked pretty last minute (2 weeks ahead) so that's all we could get.

We stayed in a standard room with a double bed. The living space is good enough, but the washroom is slightly too small. Another downside is that the hotel doesn't provide free bottled water, so I had to purchase water from the nearby convenience store.

Either Kanda JR Station or Kodenmacho Station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient for us to plan our itinerary each day. However, what is most impressive are the izakayas located near Kanda JR Station. I can enjoy my evenings there and feel secure walking back to the hotel as well

Laundry. There are not enough washing machine and dryer. Several times that the machine was finished washing but the guest didn’t pick up their clothes and I had to go back to the room. Staff didn’t move the washing items for me and told me to wait little longer to see if the guest pick it up. I was traveling with kids so it was difficult for me to take kids up and down just to see if the machine is available. While I was waiting in the room, another guest started to use the machine and I had to wait in the room with kids with wet clothes. It’s not the staff’s fault but it would be better to have more washing machine and dryer or have a decent system to be placed so guest don’t waste time going up and down to check if the machine is available Or not.
