Nice and clean room. Locate nearby Nippori station (400 m. 15 min walk). Nice location Nice staff (24 hrs service). Easy to find the hotel. All facilities are good and ok.

Malaysia1. Room Surrounding - While I enjoy the room, the wall and cupboard looked really old. You can refer the picture below regarding the wall. They aren’t worn out or shabby, it’s just that they’re rather unadorned. - The nature of building being surrounded by residential apartments. I did not open the curtains most of the time as my room was facing a balcony. - They had a renovation during the time of my stay, so the sounds from the renovation makes it uncomfortable in the morning. Luckily they stop at night. 2. Heater - While they do provide heater. It is rather weak, I will need to leave it on for the whole day (at the highest possible temperature) or I will be shivering in my bed. (Tho I might not handling the heater correctly) 3. Staff Availability - Staff isn’t available late night and early morning
1. Location - This is among the two main reasons (other is price) I choose this hotel. It is near to Nippori Station (for both Keisei Line and JR Line). The distance is 5-minute walk, and it is mostly flat. Easy to navigate as well. - Very near to a 7-Eleven. There is also Family Mart, but you will need to walk a bit. There is a 24-hour restaurant located on the other side of road. 2. Room - The room is fairly spacious as I can put my luggage to unpack and I still have a space to move around. The bed is vast and clean. - The bathroom area is fair. I can move around without bumping into walls (I’m saying this because I have experience of hotel with smaller bathroom in Japan). 3. Amenities - Hotel provides towels and robes for free and they’ll renew it for every night you stay. They also provide skincare, cotton kits, toothbrush, razor at the lobby and they allow you to take one for every night you stay. 4. Staff - Staff is resourceful. Although they prefer to speak Japanese, they understand English request. Use ChatGPT or any translations app for an accurate wording of request and they can accommodate you.

United KingdomThe room was tired and needs refurbishment. Floor carpet tiles are grubby, one had come unstuck and was left lying at an angle on the floor. We put towels and bathrobes on the floor as it was too dirty to walk on in bare feet. This place really needs a freshen up!
I've stayed here a few times over the years. The location is great for flying in and out of Tokyo.

PhilippinesI hope that they can improve their wifi. It was quite slow. Not many restaurants nearby. You have to walk about 10 minutes to find some other good establishments.
I like that the staff are very patient and helpful with my concerns. They are responsive when you send them inquiries over email. They have the necessary amenities and some extra ones that you can easily request from the reception staff. Good that the room has microwave oven, mini ref, hair dryer available. Near to Nippori station and to Nishi-Nippori stations. Very quiet neighborhood.

United StatesCleanliness can be improved especially around the sink where you wash your hands as well as washing vegetables and used dishes, utensils and cookware if you cook your meals. There is no dish rack or a basket to put wet cookware, dishes and utensils.
The location is good. Not so far from JR Nippori station where you can get on a train to/from Narita Int’l Airport, and there is a supermarket nearby the station.
