The room is a little narrow and if you have a suitcase, there’s not much room to open it. Not a lot of storage space for your stuff.

The location is excellent - extremely close to the Iriya entrance of Ueno station. Close to convenience stores and a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The amenities are good and the mattress is thick and comfortable. Price was very reasonable.

A bit more cleanliness in the lounge area and lockers for people to store their luggage or valuables would be great.

The person at the front desk at night was very helpful in answering my questions. He also spoke excellent English.

The bunk was spacious but the mattress/futon was very hard and uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed this property, it was clean and so close to the train station. The staff was really nice, when I had a slight issue with check in due to a delay they were very understanding and helped my group get situated. The linens were clean and all shared facilities were the same. The shower room was super spacious and had a lot of shelving for your personal items.

The accommodation is in a good location as we was using the station daily for metro and trains. Very clean and conformance. Reception being 24/7 is always a plus. The room is small yes but had read reviews beforehand so wasn’t surprised. Appreciate the conditioner/shampoos etc in bathrooms as a traveller

The location was great! Very close to Ueno Station. Staff were very accommodating especially when our flight was delayed by two hours and we didn't arrive at the hotel until past midnight, but they still waited for us to check-in and get us settled in! Very nice of them! Breakfast was also great! Not a lot of variety but for the price and quality it was good value!

Relatively small beds compared to other Japanese hostels Ive stayed at. Mattress might be a little hard for some people. Also dont expect amazing breakfast options, pretty much just some toast, cereal, small sausages, tea, coffee etc, just enough to start your day.

Amazing location, right next to Ueno Station which is a major train station. Convienence store very close by. Staff spoke good english. Everything was clean and nice.

Room was really small (but buyer beware I suppose), with limited landing space to open up one large luggage. We travelled light i.e. 1 large luggage, 2 hand carries and yet it was difficult w the space

Location was terrific. Lots of lines connect to Ueno station so being a 3 min walk away from the nearest exit is truly a life-changer. Helpdesk was friendly. Common area was large with enough amenities for food and drink
