Location was good and in a beautiful district, bed was comfy and there was enough room.

It was a little far away from attractions, nice quiet area by the river though and we loved walking through Kyoto. Some stains on the sheets.

Good amount of space, nice bathroom, quiet area. Washer in the room was nice. Small balcony was good for drying clothes, so was the dryer setting in the shower room. AC worked well.

1. price is acceptable for group 2. Room is enough for 4 person 3. Location very close to Higasyima Station and around 10 minutes walk to Sanjo Subway station 4. Staff are very helpfull, even our bathroom has problem, one staff very helpfull to solve the problem.

I love everything in this place😍 so good location ( 10 min to Gion by walking and to the riverside), so clean place not small rooms. It was so nice to have a washing machine in the room even detergent they had.

There was a lot of banging noise from upstairs. Couldn't work out if it was people going up and down the stairs/corridor or from a room. Either way, I think the ceilings are very thin. This was the only thing that would put me off booking this hotel again. Also, you had to take out your own rubbish and the room was not cleaned for the duration of the stay. This did not bother us, but I would say it was more like an apartment stay than a "hotel" for this reason.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed in it, including extras like a sofa, table and washing machine. More like a mini apartment than hotel room. The area is lovely and the location is handy to walk to some sights and near a metro/bus for others. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

We usually buy our breakfast from the nearest Fresco store or McDonalds. The room is clean n the filipina receptionist is very kind and helpful. Definitely we will book again the same hotel when we come back.

Please provide more towel hook in the bathroom.

The hotel have a washer and provided detergent to use. Location is great. Easy access around by bus and train. Location is by a stream and it’s peaceful for a night walk. About a mile away from the temple and Gion. We walked back and doesn’t seem like 20 mins. Even if you just want to take taxi it’s around $1000 yen. Best about the hotel is you are able to send your luggage there and someone can receive it for you. Value is great.

The location was fantastic. Close to the subway and a short walk to Gion through charming neighbourhoods. The rooms had everything we needed, microwave, washing machine and drying in the bathroom, adjustable air conditioning.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Location is very convenient and close to subway and bus stations, but far enough that it is quiet at night. There are many attractions within walkable distance. Room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Only problem is the location. Far away from kyoto station making it inconvenient for coming and going places adding another half hour each time to come and go anywhere from kyoto station.
