I think the light in the bedroom was a little too dark. May be it may personal that I like to stay in a bright room.

Don't expect a view out of the window. It is in an older, residential area with closely built buildings/houses. That felt a bit claustrophobic at times.

The location was fabulous. Just a few mins walk to the metro and many shrines. It was very spacious with a washer, kitchen, microwave and air-conditioning. We loved the nearby creek. Very pretty area.

there was nowhere to hang wet towels. not enough towels were provided (only two body towels and two face towels for two people for four days.

the room was clean, huge and well equipped. amazing having so much room, and the kitchen facilities and washing machine and drying rack were such a bonus. beds were clean and comfy, air conditioning perfect. awesome having a dining table and chairs as well as a balcony. hotel is very well situated and easily accessible to everything.

The only issue I have no staff at counter and no communication, beside handing you the key pretty much you are on your own

We have 2 medium n 2 small luggages. There's no wardrobe , no space for storage . Walking space is limited . We tend to knock onto our luggages which is laid on the floor when we move around .

There's a controller to warm up the bathroom . Good to have if u need to take a bath at night when the weather is freezing cold . The controller also has a dehumidify function . We hang our washed clothing in the bathroom (rail provided) n it dries up pretty fast . Our 2nd apartment in osaka doesn't have the above functions . Just a normal bathroom . I can't wash my last 2 days clothing bcos it will not dry up in time .

The space is quite small for big luggages. There's not enough space to place it. That's all. ☺️

Great location! Near many main attractions in Kyoto i.e. Kiyumizu-dera, Yasaka-jinja shrine, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Gion, etc . Take trains or buses to those directly, even if walking is preferred. The staff is very friendly. All facilities is in the room. I love watching TV in the bathroom while onsen.

The room were a bit stuffy and the air con was right at your head so we end up sleeping up side down to not catch a cold.

spacious room, spacious bathroom. the whole room was something between japanese style and modern so a great transition between tokyo and kyoto. room had everything, washing maschine, small oven, electrical stove, vacuum cleaner. nice quiet neighbethood that is bery close to gion. bed was very comfortable.

Our room was near the garbage disposal area so garbage bags would pile up near our door :(

The rooms are clean and big enough for a family of 3. There are many food options near the hotel.

Room without view. But not a big issue. No place to store luggages. We travel as family of 4, so we need to be creative on placing our clothes so everyone have their own space.

Location is close to subway. Many local eateries around. Located next to morning market stretch. Can experience local food and culture. Located near to quiet canal in a quiet neighbourhood Family Mart and Presco Petit is less than 10 mins walk. Be adventurous and walk across (behind MCD) and try those small izakaya. Most only seat between 5 ~ 10 pax max.

Very conveniently placed close to a subway station, and well placed for a 20 min walk or so to numerous temples, parks and local attractions. Pleasant comfortable room, with fridge and cooking facilities.

We loved everything about it! The location was excellent. it was located a few feet from a covered alley with a lot of shops. it was close to the river. the bus line was very close as well. the staff was great. we loved the room! we loved the bathroom. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kyoto.

Lovely quiet area. Apartment style accommodation with washing machine which was great. Dry room in bathroom which is always handy. Would stay here again.
