Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesCheck out time is a bit too early at 10am especially if you had a late night to do your last minute shopping or sight seeing.
Check-in and check out was a breeze. Though I find the rooms a bit small, it was very clean and location was perfect to go anywhere. I like the free amenities and even the regular supply of pajamas. There was also a 7-11 within the hotel which was convenient to buy anything we need whether food or convenience items. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

CanadaRooms are small.
Excellent bathrooms, extremely clean rooms, friendly service, fabulous breakfast buffet. Central location near both Ghibli Clock, and Kabukiza theatre. 711 right there in the building too!

CanadaThe rooms are really quite small. We brought one large suitcase and 2 carry ons and the room was barely walkable. The sink is also located next to the bed and in the only area you can place a large luggage piece so it makes it hard to use the sink. Shower was great, beds and pillows are comfortable.
The building is brand new, and all common areas have AC (which is important during the summer in Japan). The 7eleven in the 1st floor really comes in handy and is fully stocked.

SingaporeNot much except rooms are too small.
It is in a prime location. Easy subways to access. Rooms are neat and clean. But really small. But I guess that’s Tokyo. Breakfast is very Japanese. So if you’re a vegetarian or have some allergy - please talk to the staff beforehand.

SwedenVery small (To be expected in Ginza) - but this was extra tight with the interconnecting rooms as a chair and table had to be moved to open the connecting door. so there was no space for luggage or to basically move at all. It did not bother us too much however as was a short overnight stay. There seemed to be lots of rigid rules displayed everywhere on signs with the associated fines etc, which detracted from the stay. I have never seen this in a higher standard property. The room was surprisingly unclean for Japan with a lot of dirt and clothing items from other guests under the bed for example.
Good location in Ginza. Quiet street but central. Interconnecting room. Pretty good value.

AustraliaLoved the facilities that the hotel offers - you can grab complimentary tea, drip coffee, snacks, bath salts and toiletries from the lobby. The location was great because it is very close to the main street with lots of designer shops. There was also a 7/11 connected to the hotel at the bottom so it was convenient grabbing breakfast or late night snacks.

Czech RepublicI recently stayed at Hotel Musse in Ginza, Tokyo and wanted to share some important observations. One of the notable aspects is the extremely small size of the rooms in this hotel. If you are traveling with larger luggage or prefer more space to move around, this may be limiting. Another factor worth mentioning is that the air conditioning is the only option for ventilation in the rooms. This limitation can be uncomfortable for some guests, especially those who prefer natural airflow. It would be welcomed if there was an option to open windows for natural ventilation. During my stay, I also found that the number of laundry facilities in the hotel is quite limited compared to the number of rooms. This can result in long waiting times and inconvenience when doing laundry. It is advisable to consider this factor and explore alternative options when planning future trips.
I must commend the hotel's staff at Hotel Musse. They were accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us in every possible manner. Their attentiveness and care for guests were truly exceptional and contributed to a pleasant stay.
