Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The styling felt a little bit budget for the ginza location. Could get away with being a little more 'boujee'? The room was quite tiny but that's standard for Japanese inner city hotel rooms and we paid about $212AUD for the one night. Check out at 11am would make more sense if check in is from 3pm.
Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Comfortable, great location and value for money. Great room air conditioning.

Obligatory check out at 10 am, with no possibility of extension and the threat of a penalty for each extra hour and person. I have never experienced this before and consider this to be extremely customer unfriendly. Check-in is also only possible from 3 pm.
Very central location, quite close to Tokyo station. The selection at the breakfast buffet is large.

Odd layout. The sink was next to the tv in the main bedroom, and the shower/bath was its own room? The lamp shades need a refresh. They had some weird stains on them.
Good sized twin room. Air humidifier was handy. Breakfast was awesome.

Room is small, but it is manageable.
Location is very central. There is a 7eleven store that is very convenient. The staff was very helpful. Room was extremely clean.

elevators can get very slow on peak hours we were on a high floor so we were lucky to always have room in the elevator other than that, it would be nice if they had more facilities in the hotel
you can take many amenities from the lobby they make your bed everyday, unless you say otherwise

I was expecting a breakfast with western options as well.
Location: It is near a subway station and within walking distance of Tokyo’s main train station. It has also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Comfort: the rooms were small but comfortable and modern.

Under the beds were pretty dusty, and under the mattress covers there were lots of hairs (either from previous guests or cleaning staff). The sink was located in the bedroom area which may be customary but a little unusual.
Amazing location, basically the 5th Avenue of Tokyo. Was very easy to get to the hotel from NRT airport. Staff is really nice. When our suitcase was lost from our airline, the hotel staff was kept in touch with the airline about retrieving and delivering it to us. There's a 7 Eleven right outside which is super convenient. Great food spots located within walking distance and obviously lots of shopping. Toto toilet is always a plus but it seems to be the standard in bigger cities!

The room was very small. It was around 8-10 minutes walk from the train station. Not a lot of night life in the area.
The property was very clean and the breakfast was unique (traditional Japanese). We had all the facilities we needed and it was value for money.

WIFI speed is superb, we are able to stream youtube videos during the hotel stay. This hotel also provided spa powder that we can use, just grab on the go. Even though the room is a little small however, all the necessary items are available and I am still able to open 1 large lugguage for packing. Small but comfy. The environment overall is good.

Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful and not far from public transportation and tourism. Wish we picked a larger room. However, it was a very quiet stay couldn't hear anyone else while in the room, very peaceful nights.
