United StatesThe hotel is probably the best you can get below a luxury hotel in Tokyo, but the staff make it feel like one. I unfortunately got food poisoning during my stay from a separate restaurant and when I needed to go to a hospital the hotel staff went above and beyond to help my wife call an ambulance and feel comfortable the entire time. After returning from the hospital they checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything.

SingaporeThe layout was just weird. The foot of the bed faces the WC. And if you close the door, there’s a mirror facing you. Which is bad bad fengshui when you sleep. Also, the bed is right against the corridor wall. Curtains don’t cover the floor, so every morning I was struck with the intense morning sun. Going to the bathroom lights up the whole room also, because it’s like an open concept bathroom that has no ceiling.. And considering it was 400/night… I expected more.
Location was alright. Still quite a walk to the train stations.

JapanI recently stayed at this hotel during my last business trip to Tokyo, and I had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the rooms were exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Despite being located in the prestigious Ginza area, the hotel offers relatively affordable rates, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Another aspect I truly appreciated was the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of providing pre-packaged amenities, guests can freely take all necessary personal care items from the counter at the reception, allowing for a more sustainable travel option. Additionally, the mattress was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the city. One more great feature was the humidifier in the room, which was a lifesaver against the dry air. It made the stay even more comfortable, especially during the colder season. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Tokyo!

We've stayed at this hotel last year and we loved it so much that we came back again! The bed was comfortable and the room was just enough space for 2 adults, clean bathroom. I liked that amenities were not supplied in the room but you could collect them at the reception. Location is incredible - 6-7 min walk from subway lines and the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel staff were incredible helpful with any enquiries!

PortugalThe hotel is expensive for what it offers. Service is regular, laundry only has 2 machines, rooms are small, and YouTube streaming on the room smartTV kept being interrupted regularly. The bed is located below the window so even at night you have city lights coming in and in the morning sunlight quite early.
The location is good in Ginza. The hotel has a 7-Eleven shop right next even with a direct door between them. There´s a Luup parking point at the hotel entrance and a food truck with different types of food depending on the day. you can check the schedule at the hotel elevators.
