United KingdomUnfortunately, there was a problem with the locking mechanism on the door from my first room they assigned me to. The problem was resolved with a change in room, but part of my stuff was left in the 'old' room.
The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the city which is very nice. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and though didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities.

Hong KongThe hotel is not located too close to city centre – suits those who'd like quieter area and bigger room. The hotel is about 10 mins away from train stations while plenty bus stops around. Overall it was still manageable and not too far off from anywhere else.
The room was very spacious, facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

AustraliaWe suggest for long-stay guests that giving new towels each day is not necessary if they have a "Do not disturb" displayed. This will save the hotel laundry costs.
A really neat well-run hotel centrally located near Tokyo Univ. The room size 23 m2 is larger than usual for Japan.

SwedenIf you are looking for a hotel you wish to use mainly at night to recover from exploring the city, I would not recommend it. Most important thing for us was the good night rest, but the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. I woke up more tired and sore after the night. Most Japan has firm beds, but this is not that, beds are just hard, sleeping on the floor hard.
