GermanyThe room was rather small and the air in the room and on the hallway was very damp. We ran the AC and the bathroom ventilator as much as we could, but it did not make a change for the time we stayed there.
The hotel is quite central, and they offer vegan options for both breakfast and dinner. There is a bar/lounge area at the entrance, which can be used throughout the day and guests can serve themsleves to coffee, tea and water. There are also borad games to be used in the lobby, and a free sample of sake every day.

I booked a room with breakfast, I didn’t think that there would be loads for my daughter and I to eat, as we are vegan. I was so wrong, there were so many choices and incredible serving sizes. It was so needed after struggling to find food in Tokyo when we first arrived.

United KingdomThe location of the hotel was perfect. The room was clean. The food was great. The staff were amazing! At the bar they offered selection of free sake to try, which we enjoyed so much. It was great opportunity to try different types of sake. There was one type of sake that I enjoyed very much and was interested in buying. The member of staff was so helpful that he found the location where they selling it and went to buy it for me on his day off. On our departure day he brought the sake for me. The staff at the reception helped us with transport of our luggage to Tokyo. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love walking :) my sister loves tasting the sake, and she enjoyed the food late night. I really enjoyed the breakfast~! wished I could have stayed longer then tasted all the menu every morning.

I loved the free espresso machine available for use, it made my morning coffee that much more enjoyable to not have to worry about where to go to buy something. Several different extra amenities available to check out for free (irons and such), and the in-house restaurant dinner offerings were a great option.

Friendly staff, our kids took a liking to the staff. Location is close to train station and bus stops. Although no laundry service, there are at least 2 laundromats within 5min walking distance you can use. Breakfast and their dinner menu was yum, you can sample some sake for free.
