Perfect location for almost anywhere in Tokyo. Shinagawa station is very well connected, and with Yamanote line right at your door, nothing can go wrong! Nice hotel, very friendly staff and super comfi beds.

Not enough washing machines for laundry. There are two combo washing drying machines. Once, our laundry was removed from the machine and stored at the reception when I arrived 5 minutes too late to check on my laundry (the timer you can follow on the tv does not accurately track the washing status). This led to moist clothes, stuffed in a plastic bag with no way to dry it because the machines were in use by other hotel guests.

Very nice hotel that had quite a few amenities and friendly staff. There is a free drinks and small snack lounge between 17h-22h. The location is rather good but will be better when Takanawa gateway station is fully operational. Close to Shinagawa so excellent location if you need the shinkansen.

It was a nice surprise that the JR Takanawa Gateway station opened and it is so convenient- 2 minute walk across the street! Love it! The rooms are tight as I thought they were a little larger but can’t complain- the friendly staff, the daily breakfast, the convenience- we appreciate all! Also, The Prince Hotel garden is a 10 minute walk gave a beautiful surprise with cherry blossoms and wonderful scenery. We are glad we stayed here.

Very small room, even a few more meters would have been a big help. Staff were very nice. The shower door wasn't clean, water spotted, there was A LOT of dust over the window sill on the side with the bed. Altogether a great stay, thank you.

I expected a larger room for the price I paid. Small even by Japanese standards.

Very practical hotel about 8 mins walk from Shinagawa train station. Rooms are small but well equipped and quiet. We stayed on the 9th floor and slept very well.

All was very pleasant.

Room was smallish but adequate size for 1 person. Very comfortable bed, kettle and small fridge in room. Best of all, could adjust the airconditioning!

The pillows - they are very flat & not comfortable to lie on

Property is located on the calmer side of Tokyo - so its definitely amazing to rest after the hustle & bustle of all the activities you have done during the day.

A better toaster at the breakfast buffet would have been great. The existing one was very slow and annoying to wait for.

Had a fantastic stay here! The location was great when arriving to Shinagawa on the Shinkansen, and leaving to fly out of Haneda Airport. Close to multiple train stations, Takanawa Gateway allowed easy access to the Yamanote line without needing to go through Shinagawa. Was able to access all the popular areas of Tokyo easily. While there are not many restaurants or dining options nearby, we always got lunch and dinner when out exploring other areas. The room itself felt quite spacious compared to other places we stayed while in Japan. The bed was large and comfortable., and the bathroom felt nice and roomy.

Room was smaller than we expected. The photos did not show that the bed was pushed against the wall. Not many shops or places to eat in the area.

Chech in time 3 PM for overseas clients is challenging after very long flight, early check - in option would be welcomed.

Very good location close to Shinagawa station. Room, altghough not very spacy, was sufficient, well equipped including coffee/tea set. Cleanliness was extraordinary.
