We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very cozy; great amenities. The layout of the room was nice. Black out curtains are nice.
Close to Shinagawa station - about a 12 min walk. Very convenient.

This hotel was everything I needed it to be - a comfortable place to stay after a long flight and extremely close to Shinagawa Staion. I was only here for one night, but my experience was pleasant and I'd comfortably stay here again.

Not much to say here. Meets the expectations of what it says it is
About 10 minutes walking from Shinagawa JR Station on the west side the location is prime to get around Tokyo. Very close to the airport on the Keikyu Line also. Property has really nice rooms and sufficient facilities for a affordable price.

The hotel is located on a busy roadside so you might hear some muted traffic noise if your window is facing that way.
In terms of travellers‘ convenience, this hotel is hard to beat. Location: 7 mins walking max to or from Shinagawa station, with direct access to Haneda or Narita Airports, local trains and west bound Shinkansen. Comfort: rooms are small but cozy and bathrooms are well designed in a compact space. Everything is there. There are blackout curtains that do not leave any light through. And the mattress was fantastic for my problem ridden back. I slept well here for the first time since arriving in Japan. Breakfast had sufficient choice for my needs. The hotel provides luggage forwarding service which helped tremendously with my travel arrangements. Definitely to be recommended.

The hotel was nice , clean and comfortable but the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. I really liked the free soft drinks and tea option in the lobby aswell.

Great hotel. Very clean and conveniently located next to shinagawa station. Breakfast is also good. They have free drinks and snacks in the afternoon.

The room itself is small, it can't accommodate an open luggage on the floor, but I mean, one can compromise having a big bed and a big bathroom.
The room was really clean, new, full of amenities; the bathroom was big and clean, and the bed was quite big too.

The room is too small for a couple with 2 suitcases. No onsen.

There aren’t many places to eat close to the hotel, but there are plenty of options at Shinagawa Station.
Very comfortable new hotel. The room is small but not cramped. We particularly liked the a long seating area in front of the window which was great to relax on in the evenings. The staff are friendly and professional. It’s between 2 stations - Takanawa Gateway and Shinagawa. A 5-8 minute walk to both. We tended to go to Shinagawa station even though it’s further away because there were places to eat there and the route goes past the 7 Eleven for picking up supplies on the way home.

the location is bit far away from both Shinagawa and Takanawa Gateway Stations.
The staffs are very friendly, and kind. The room is well designed, especially bathroom, even though the size is small. The drink and snack service in the evening is excellent!!

the room was a bit cramped but we expected that. We were only staying for an overnight stop so we weren't bothered by it.
The room was small but that is pretty standard for a Japanese hotel. The size is perfect for a couple, but we had two kids in tow! The bed was large and it fit myself, my husband and our 5 year old! We were also provided a small crib for our 1 year old. Super comfy bed! Amentities were great and the staff were super friendly! Unfortunately we were only there for one night but will definitely book again when we come back!
