Our second stay at this property. We requested the same rooms as we had during our first stay and the staff communicated well with us to accommodate the request. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location near Shinagawa Station. We enjoyed this second stay as much as the first.

Nothing. We really liked staying at this hotel. Maybe the only thing to note is that there's not much to do in the area. You should definitely plan on transport to get to an area for activities or sightseeing.

Warm welcome from staff during check-in. Evening snack bar was nice. We had two rooms. One with twin beds and one with a queen bed. Small rooms but very functional. Light switches and chargers by beds. Bathroom was big for a Tokyo hotel. Didn't feel cramped at all. Bathtub was great. Very clean. Less than 10min walk, all flat, from Shinagawa Station. Convenience stores around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean property with lots of room. I even had to extend a day and although apparently booked out via booking.com I was able to have the manager extend a day. I never went for breakfast, but the price of lunch is worthwhile. Further, as I am in Japan for a cruise that starts 1 Dec, they allowed me to store a large bag there as I have booked my final night in this hotel. Now just travelling with what I need for 2 weeks, that’s made life so much easier. I really appreciate how the hotel has accommodated me. ps, the laundry is also awesome!

It was a great location and also the room was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated that they allowed me to do a check in and get a room early. I arrived Tokyo in the morning and was very tired, so wanted to take a rest as soon as possible. The staff at the reception kindly prepared a room for me early. It was a great customer service!

The hairdryer in the room could be more powerful (it is more like a folding travel hairdryer).

The room was a bit small, but more than adequate. Everything was clean and well kept.

Great location about 2 blocks from the Shinagawa train station. It’s in a clean, safe area and is surprisingly quiet. The room was nice, if a bit on the small side, but pretty standard for Japan. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would stay there again.

One Japanese male staff (at the lounge) was a little bit rude and loudly asked us to wait three times despite the fact that we were already waiting for our turn…

Location is very ideal. They have daily free snacks and drinks at the lounge.

Amazing hotel, located around 7 min walking from Shinagawa station. 30 minutes needed to get there from Haneda airport. It was spotless clean, with towels changed daily (if needed). Very nice staff, check in/out fast and efficient. I would definetly stay there one more time.

A 5 min walk from Shinagawa station in a peaceful area. Close to our Toyota car rental. They cleaned the rooms everyday.

Not alot to do around the hotel, but we didn’t mind too much.

Absolutely love the little sofa under the window with construction outside - it was fun for my husband who is in construction, something to look at! It was our second hotel in Shinagawa and with suitcases, we enjoyed the level walk to Shinagawa station. Hotel offered free snacks in the evening.
