Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room had a trouser electric iron board. Should provide a proper iron.
Great location near to metro station and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lots of shopping and eateries next to the hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We have arrived from a long flight a little bit early before the "official check-in time" and wasn't allowed to check-in. Also in one room were we requested an extra bed we had 3 beds occupying the entire room space.
Hotel was fine, Breakfast was decent. Location not so far from a train/subway station and relatively close shopping centers and restaurants.

The pillows were really bad, we asked to change but that didn’t help.

It’s value for money. the staff are all welcoming, and the location is nearby conbini, JR station and subway station. they were so accommodating with switching out rooms to a non smoking room.

The only thing I can think of that would deduct a point was that the employees had trouble in english.

Great staff, eco room cleaning option, amenities, not too far from the subway stations. If you just want to take a quick picture of the cherry blossoms, there are some trees not far from the hotel. Also, some of the rooms have more than enough spaces to open 2 large suitcases at the same time - very helpful for us.

Staff were friendly but did not quite explained the hotel amenities, nearby areas and recommendations during checkin. Breakfast food stubs are quite old fashioned for a city like tokyo.
Room and hotel is clean and elegant. The breakfast is superb.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were both professional and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

Modern hotel close to Kinshicho Station (around 10 minutes walk), room for 3 is spacious and is very clean. The stuff is very welcoming and help us to store luggages after we checked out. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there are plently of restaurants, supermarkets and malls around the area. We will definetly stay here again for our next visit to Tokyo.

We were sad the laundry room was not in operation when we were there..we were directed to a seperate laundry place outside the hotel 5 blocks away. Again, the walk to the station may be far to some..we were there when weather was cold so we didn’t mind but I wouldn’t enjoy the walk during summer. There is a lively nightlife when walking to the hotel(karaoke bars, bars, etc) so sometimes there’s many drunk people out but they don’t bother(unless you’re not into that)
Hotel is in a really great area (Kinshicho). This area has almost everything you need/want(malls, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Taito, Donki)! Distance from station is walkable. Hotel size is decent, but it’s Tokyo. Staff is friendly, good breakfast, bed was bigger than expected!

Food choices could be better for the breakfast buffet.
Hotel is located near Kinshicho station with a bus interchanges, JR station and Z line. There is a Parco with 24-hr Seiyu supermarket. There are a good number of food choices nearby - sushi, yakitori, hotpot, soba, etc. It is also near Sarue Park which would be amazing during cherry blossom season. There is a playground in the park that is very popular with Japanese families. There are lots of toiletries to self collect at the lobby, from face masks to lotions to bath salt.

I think the bed and pillow is not that comfortable, but it’s not a big issue, it’s acceptable
It is quite spacious, and they provide almost everything you needed, and the room cleaning service is excellent too! Location is very convenient, 1 minute to convenient shop, 3 minute to train station

The station where this hotel located is a little away from the main touristy station. But if you're not too serious about being in the main station then it's quite good.
The hotel is not too far from the station. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of amendities prepare at the lobby and we can just pick whatever we want. The price is reasonable for the location. Room is comfy and clean.
