We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Perfect location for overnight layover between trains. Breakfast was OK. The man who greeted us at the door was lovely - he went out of his way to make us feel like he was greeting family. Room was typical Tokyo city small, but perfectly adequate for our overnight stay.

The location is not too far from the Tokyo Station Central Exit. Breakfast quality and taste is over our expectation. Staffs can speak English very well.

Location was great for accessing bullet trains to get around Japan. Great value with a tasty little breakfast to start the day. We had 2 adults and 1 child in the room. We had enough room for us and our luggage.
