Great hotel with a convenient and reliable shuttle bus to and from local transport hubs. Rooms were a little dated but great value for family accommodation. Beds were hard, but that's common for Japanese hotels and very similar to futon comfort anyway.

At this stage, there is really nothing I could complain about. I was very happy with my stay.

The breakfast was so tasty. I really liked that there were three options buffet on 30th floor, on Sunday the Teppanyaki set enabled me to try Kobe beef otherwise very expensive. It was a memorable moment. The staff were so polite although I couldn’t speak Japanese well they wer anticipating what I could be possibly looking for. Is also went once to Cafe Socco for dinner in the evening the curry and dessert selection was really tasty. I liked the bedroom with drawers and cupboard to fit in all my belongings. The view was beautiful. Although not in the center of Kobe it is easily accessible with the portliner. As a tourist I could use the three days Kansai railway pass to go to Osaka, Kyoto and my favorite place, the Biwa-ko otsukan, and I wouldn’t be too tired in the evening and have seen the pretty cherry blossom. I regret not having been able to stay for a week, Nunobiki garden in Kobe with Veranda cafe in tropical gardens is just splendid. I enjoyed tooth tooth cakestore in Kobe, the hotel and the city surroundings are really a beautiful place to stay in Japan.

Great hotel with easy access from the airport and other parts of the city. Large, comfortable, modern. Very tasty breakfasts and incredible views from the windows. Comfortable bed, bathroom. The room has everything you need and even more. I was pleased with the presence of a shop with food (by the way very tasty) on the ground floor. I recommend this hotel and would like to return there again.

Overall good place, would recommend this hotel. Location is good if you have your own vehicle, but also there is a shuttle and taxis available at all times. Rooms were clean and very spacious, parking is available across from the entrance.

No complaints. The hotel was exactly what we had expected. The selection of food in the downstairs restaurant/cafe was rather limited, but this was a minor issue. The Family Mart helped to compensate by having a wide variety of drinks and snacks.

The hotel is very quiet and given its location on Port Island, is situated well-away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sannomiya. The breakfast selection was very good, offering some expansive views of Kobe. The room was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable.

I have been staying here for over 20 years, and is my go-to for staying in Kobe, well appointed rooms, wonderful staff and a great breakfast with great views on the 30th floor.

The Staff were excellent! They even gave my wife and I an UPGRADED room when we checked in!! The spacious size of our upgraded room! The view from our room - to the sea AND above the outside swimming pool. The inside swimming pool - with a lane for those who just wanted to walk; AND a separate one for those, like us, who wsihed only to swim lengths.
