We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BrazilThe rooms are tiny and there was a strange smell in one of the rooms (we are a family and we took 2 rooms)
The common area is good, the location is also good, there are metro stations close to the hotel but not so close to Tokyo Station (if you are coming with big luggage). There is a convenience store almost in front of the hotel and many restaurants and attractions near by. The amenities are good. The staff is helpful.

Hong KongNot much view from the window of my room, in fact, my window is just 10 feet or so from a few dish antennae and a fishbone antenna. Since I had stayed there for 3 nights, I think hotel could have done a better job by assigning me to a room not that close to those antennae.
The room is bigger than average, so is the bathroom. The room, linen etc are clean. The waiting area at the hotel's entrance is spacious and bright. The hotel is at the heart of Ginza, 15 minutes walk to Tokyo Station.

Excellent location it was very easy to get to all the famous spots, the air conditioner works perfectly, excellent bathroom, all sorts of amenities, 7/11 right in front, Starbucks and Starbucks reserve nearby, very easy to get to tokyo station by walking, the area is very clean and quiet. We stood at the beginning and end of our one month trip and they kept some luggage for us until we came back, the were very helpful and didn’t charge us

The location is amazing! I feel like it was in the center of everything I wanted to do in Tokyo! There were 2-3 different train lines you can get on from the hotel. The room itself is small, but it's pretty much the same size anywhere in Japan. The staff were helpful and available. The front desk can help ship your luggage for you.

United KingdomAs with most Tokyo hotels at this price the room was tiny, with nothing to look out on. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness in the room wasn’t that good but the shower room was fine. There was only one poor pillow each and the hotel said they had run out so no chance of a second if you need to sleep propped up.
The location of the hotel was brilliant we could walk everywhere. One thing in it’s favour you could open the window for fresh air.

United StatesStaying in a different chain hotel (albeit, not in Tokyo) and despite the very similar rooms, the hotel I'm currently in has much more services to provide while being much cheaper.
Very minimal and lots of convenient things going for it. Was mainly there for a bed, shower, and wifi to simply get ready for my day, and the hotel was able to provide that in being in a manageable location.

Even so, great value ramen restaurants just around the corner and quiet location just off the main drag - so if I was visiting again I would stay here again.
