The egg and sausage on the western menu was small in portion. Would be good to have hashbrowns and bacon, etc. Would be good if the western breakfast can be served warmer.

The breakfast was fantastic. Large variety of dishes for the Japanese meal. The bread on the western menu was great.

A bit of a hike to get there either luggage from Sannomiya Station. Would take a taxi next time.

Some devices looks pretty aged. Some what unmatched to the vibe.

Everything was excellent, especially the bathroom, which was the best comparing with many others luxury hotels I've been so far. Regrettably, we only stayed there for one night and were out for the days. Would love to revisit Kobe another time and spend more time here exploring this hotel.

Room was amazing. So wonderful to have a bath with such a great view. Large balcony to enjoy drinks. Mini bar in the room was very reasonably priced. Great bonus to have breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your choosing.

The hotel is tired our room had pieces of carpet cut out and replaced cigarette burns in places couches were stained and walls and furniture chipped For the amount we paid it needs a spruce up

The breakfast was convenient and plentiful, but the eggs were runny, despite requesting them to be well done. The restaurants had a dress code of "elegant" and "no tattoos," among other things. The problem is that it wasn't communicated clearly, and is a bit prejudiced and dated for a modern city.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast room service is much better than getting up early to eat at a buffet during set hours. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Love the huge balcony and views from the balcony. The location was perfect to explore the habour area with a tourist bus stop nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable such that it was even delightful to be trapped in the room when it was raining outside.

The cover or seating charge for a drink in the hotel bar is ridiculous.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond whilst we were there. The rooms are also massive and have great views across the harbour.

Facilities - Note that the onsen is for ladies only, so my husband couldn't enjoy it. But not a big problem given that the bathtub in the room is so luxurious already.

Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice. Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible. Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!

The breakfasts were great but would be even better if it could take place in the restaurant rather than in our room, but otherwise everything else was perfect!

The hotel is very luxurious and for a reasonable price. The room is huge, has a beautiful view, and the private jacuzzi is just the thing needed after a long day of walking. Also, the Ko-Ko-Ro restaurant is a memorable fine-dining experience involving wonderful kobe beef teppanyaki.
