location is good- near subway station or just walk to Shinjuku the house is clean and the room is bigger than most of the hotel rooms in Tokyo enough bathroom and toliet and a convenience store just upstair, easy to grab some food

There are no staff members anywhere to be found. If you need any kind of help, you need to write to them through Booking. The rooms are also on the 3rd floor so if you have lots of baggage it might not be suitable.

The location is excellent. One stop away from Shinjuku by train. The place is clean and the rooms are a good size for 2 people. The hostel also allowed us to store our bags at reception super early the day we arrived. The check-in process was very easy.

Overall, it was fine. Walls are a bit thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, good luck sleeping. Also our room had a lingering odor that would not go away even when I'd leave the window open all day to air the room out.

It was just good value for money. The name is fitting. I feel like it was a lucky find for that price in that location. The room was spacious enough. Bathrooms are shared, but clean. Overall it served its purpose.

The place could use a little cleaning. There were some cobwebs and dust, though the room itself was ok. The walls are thin, so I wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers.

Not that glamorous but had everything you needed and I slept well. Location was good. Also, for your own room, it was a fraction of what everyone else was charging, so no qualms with that.

Common bathroom lacks airflow and gets a bit dirty when lots of people, team however cleans it regularly. Depends on guests staying in hostel it can be quiet or loud. Maybe more signs are needed for everyone to keep quiet.

We booked this property twice on our trip and we loved our stay. Common areas don’t look like much but the rooms are new, clean and spacious. Extra details like toothbrush, towels etc were nice touch. Self check in is possible if you arrive late, easy communication with staff. Location is great, right on top of Family mart and close to metro lines.

Someone outside of the hotel were talking very loudly around 4-5 am, but I dont think they were staying at the hostel. Dont think any people staying at the hotel were being loud. Bed might be a little small if you're 185cm+.

Good location, close to station, and good value for the price. There is soap & shampoo + more free for use in the bathroom. Good communication from staff regarding hostel location, access and key pick-up. 200 yen laundry machines also available.

The walls are quite thin, so if the other guests you're staying with are loud, you'll be able to hear them clearly.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The location was very convenient, only a 4 minute walk from the nearest station.

It was a little hard to find. There's a sign outside and then you need to go up two flights of stairs.

I liked the area. It was easy to get to and there were so many eating options on the doorstep. It's a very basic accommodation but my room was clean and tidy and it met my needs.

Bathroom area is quite small and they only have 2 toilets. Although this was not a problem for us but could get tricky when the hostel is busy. It's just the compromise to make to stay in a very good location.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes to metro station and 2 stop away to Shinjuku. Room was clean and quite spacious.
