The beds were not so comfortable and we got up always with a bit of back pain. The beds were hard and they were not wide enough. Many stations away from the center.

When you access the room, the corridor is actually outside so it's cold. The pillow could be softer, it was not very comfortable.

The room was of good size and clean with great view on the city. Breakfast simple but good with great pastries. The staff was charming. They cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels. The bed was so comfy. Location amazing near a convenient store and 5mn walk from Nishi-Kasai station.

I like in-room dining, and also have late night requests for dinners / snacks - those would be nice to have, but I didn’t have that at any Japanese Hotels so it’s about the culture and not this hotel.

very friendly and accommodating staff, love the location- it’s bery near to Nishi Kasai station (5 mins walk), and there are many Indian / Italian / Mexican restaurants at a walking distance, plus a convenience store right opposite the hotel. They were kind to accept my request and provide me a room on their highest floor (14). great continental breakfast, all in all I had a great stay!

You could hear the noise from the other rooms. Clearly there was a family with at least one child staying in the room above ours. As there was a loud banging on the floors. The child was obviously running and jumping around. A few pieces of cotton buds would have helped. And I didn’t really like the free toothpaste. A couple of bottled water would have been great as well.

The room is quite spacious. It has a washing machine + dryer and a kitchenette with induction stove and microwave. There’s free flow coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of choice - a tad more western than I was expecting. More veggies would have been nice... The hob in the room can only be used with kitchenware... which is not available in the room - I'll know for next time! Still a nice stay though!

The room was immense, really comfortable and with a view (from afar) on the SkyTree. I could also spot the Tokyo Tower on clear days. It was a quiet area rather close to the station, and easy to access to. A really comfortable stay for us, with the bonus point of the mini kitchen and washing machine in the room. That helped a lot! Staff were all very nice and lovely too!

Location. Had everything we needed. The washing machine was fabulous. The kids loved the little pjs and their toothbrushes. Free hot drinks were fabulous. Free toiletries including bath salts was a really nice touch. The rice bread was great when available. Great to have the allergens listed on the breakfast foods.

The wifi signal was too slow and weak. I even force to purchase prepaid date sim just to check my emails and browse my social media. Room size was too small for us.

I like the treatment of the staff. They were nice to us and hotel visitors. Also, I commend the maintenance staff, They always clean and change the beddings of our room and gave us new towel daily without telling them. The breakfast was outstanding. They serve daily breakfast and the kitchen staff were kind.

The rooms were comfortable and included washer/dryer. Breakfast was included in the price, it was close to amenities and close to the train station. Approx 30-40 minute train ride to the hotspots of Tokyo.

That we couldn't stay longer

We loved everything about this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the internet was fast and it's really close to the train station. They have a yummy breakfast in the morning, and for dinner, there is a market only a few minute walk away with lost of yummy options
