Kinshicho is pretty far off from the main Shibuya area. But there is plenty of malls, shops and restaurants around the vicinity

It’s about a 30-40min ride to the usual tourist spots Eg Shibuya, Ginza etc but a short walk to the train station itself.

Large room perfect for family (I have 3 kids aged 8,6,2) with all the amenities one would need - a hob to prepare simple meals, a fridge and coin laundry just downstairs. Staff were also very helpful - advising us on the best way to get to Disneyland.

Location was good but environment of the surrounding area wasn't. It was easy to get to train station and shops. Can feel a bit unsafe at night due to the location but i don't think there's much the hotel can do about that. They did implement timed curfew where doors were locked and that made me feel a touch safer.

Rooms were spacious which met requirement for family travelling. Staff were courteous and friendly, helped with arranging transport and giving good advise regarding arrangements. Convenient stores located just next to hotel.

USB ports next to the bed didn't work & sirens from local hospital a bit annoying, the Japanese appartment room doesnt have a proper door so doesn't stop noise for kids. This is a appartment building so your door opens to the outside not like a hotel. Hard mattress but futons were comfy.

Comfortable & practical layout, modern, friendly staff with good english & helpful, handy location with heaps of food and shop options, didn't hear any other guests through our walls, great laundry facilities, great value overall for a family

Convenient location - 5 minute walk to Kinshicho station, so many great stores/restaurants/shopping places right next to it. Easy to use Washer/dryer facilities at the lobby. Spacious rooms. Very clean and well kept facility. Exceptional staff.

Some construction ongoing next door so some intermittent noise at times but it didn’t bother our rest.

Perfect location in Kinshicho only 10min walking to several shopping centres, local food places and the train station. Highly recommended for a family of 4 with young or older kids. The staff are super friendly and will help you with anything. We would definitely come back again.

Nothing to complain about, really!

Superb location - 5min walk from Kinshicho Station that connects very quickly with Tokyo Station and Oshiaga Skytree Station, with many malls and restaurants nearby too. Great support facilities - laundry room with many machines, so I didn't have to wait; luggage delivery service is available at the hotel. Great rooms for young families - Spacious room for four of us. Four single-bed options are available, which I prefer over bunk beds since my boys are too young to climb up and down.

Amenities such as bathrobes and tea/coffee were located downstairs in order to enable guests to take however much they needed, however it would have been simpler if these were already inside the room.

Location was great as the train station was nearby and was a very easy walk. The area itself also had great attractions for shopping and eating too.

The cleaning or make up of the room happens only on the 4th and 8th day. And even the room makeup is sloppy with just bed makeup and general cleaning, vacuuming. I can tell because the smudges on the basin and mirrors were still there with some stains still visible. Tissue paper also wasn't refilled until the 2nd last day we were checking out (stayed for 9 days 8 nights).

The location is very good, surrounded by loads of food, convenience stores, malls and stations. And the room available here is the only one that accommodates 6 pax with an internal bedroom separated for two.

It would be great if the tran stations are nearer. Else need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes.

The staffs are so welcoming and will attend to all your needs.

As others have mentioned, you can hear ambulance sirens every now and then (I think a nearby hospital?). Didn’t really bother us as we quickly tuned it out as “local white noise”.

Excellent location (even better than our previous stays in Ueno and Inaricho), with endless food options, supermarkets, malls and a major train/bus hub within 5 mins walk.

Pillows we are not used to flat ones but I went to another hotel and it's the same so I think maybe Japanese like those.

Spacious, thoughtful touches to ensure comfort. We saw toys for borrowing only when checking out but kids would def love those. Love the cleansing oil. Lawson right under we ate so much onigiri and family mart as well
