United StatesRooms were a little cramped, but I understand that’s pretty normal for Tokyo. The lobby set up was odd - it wasn’t a very inviting place to enter since it’s on the second floor and you leave the hotel on the first floor. That made it to where we didn’t interact much with staff for any questions we had or things we needed. The location was okay - not really a lot to walk around to nearby but at least it was pretty close to public transportation.
7 Eleven is right downstairs - you don’t even need to leave the hotel and it’s open 24/7.

United StatesThe beds were extremely hard and made for difficult sleeping and sore bodies in the morning.
Location was easy access to train stations and within reasonable distance to Haneda airport. Walking distance to some of the areas we wanted to visit (i.e. Tsukiji, Ginza). Room had everything we needed and especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and in room washing machine. The kitchen and living room areas were also great to have which allowed us to just have more space to spread out. Everything was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

TaiwanWe have stayed at this place twice, each time for over two weeks, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making it a great choice for families. However, we have two important suggestions: 1. The small stool in the bathroom has sharp edges, which can be dangerous for kids and also uncomfortable to sit on. A rounded plastic stool would be a much safer and more comfortable option. 2. The showerhead is quite heavy, making it less convenient to use. Other than these concerns, everything else was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others!

Rooms were very clean and perfect for a big group as we were a family of 7 and it gave us plenty of space The BEST part of this resort was the staff! They were so helpful with arranging dining, massages, giving recommendations, setting up taxis, and so much more! So friendly and made us feel at ease immediately! SingaporeThere are many many MIMARU properties all over Tokyo, but I don’t think they nec have same set up of the various configurations as the one we stayed at MIMARU Tokyo Station East. For example I was specific to look for one w washer dryer in the apartment which was only available in the suite category. By filter on booking.com I don’t believe other MIMARU properties came up. So this isn’t an issue with this location we stayed, just a general feedback re the chain. The place felt safe but it really is a business district so got quiet at night. Good with 7-11 downstairs so always lit and have people around
We stayed here 2 rounds where in between our 2 week visit to Japan we were away for a few days for Fujiyoshida. 1. Place was v well maintained and clean! 2. We had washer dryer in apartment and sometimes used machines in the laundry when we had a bigger load. Both the washing machines and dryers were AWESOME. You load, put in the coins and it’s done. Don’t have to figure out what to do like worry abt instructions in Japanese. I especially loved the dryers. 40mins (every 100yen for 20mins) dried everything evenly. 3. Staff were v well trained. Explained everything so clearly. 4. We especially appreciated that they asked how many of something you needed so as not to waste. Eg how many packs of cotton buds or tooth brushes etc do you need. They don’t assume and give u just based on number of people staying 5. Very convenient with 7-11 downstairs and pharmacy next door!
