Just being picky but the beds are very hard.

The hotel is in a less busy location however super close to the train line. The rooms are great sizes and the staff were very lovely! Washing facilities were also a great addition.

The room was a bit smaller than expected for our family of 5, there was very little space to move around and open our suitcases. We stayed in a similar room in a Mimaru in Kyoto and it was much more spacious.

The location was great, close to subway and walking distance to Tokyo Station. Quiet neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Property was quiet and was away from loud areas hence it was easy to relax. Staff were definitely friendly and helpful! They can also hold your luggage for free!

I asked for the room layout without the bunk beds directly outside the door to the bedroom. And asked again at check in. But we got that room layout anyway, which was irritating. Apartment not cleaned, just towel changed... but when you are cooking and eating the room can get dirty and need more frequent vacuuming. Neither issue would stop us from staying there though, they are just small things.

Good location, near two train lines and quieter part of town. Good value for money. Laundry easy to use and handy to have. Lockers to store luggage on check out is useful. Excellent location to get to Disney with minimal fuss. Good snacks and tea/coffee in pharmacy next door as well as 7-11 at the hotel itself.

We stayed in January, Winter. Our room was quite warm and the air very dry. I couldn't adjust the room temperature. There was an air purifier with humidifier but it didn't do too much to add moisture back into the room. Not a whole lot of room to put suitcases (just coped with 3 suitcases in our One-Bedroom Family Apartment)

Warm, comfortable, clean (spotless) and perfectly thought out accommodation. So convenient to trains, convenience stores, shops and restaurants. On Level 2, there were fabulous and several coin operating washing machines and separate clothes dryers to use. They would automatically dispense washing detergent too - so no need to add any. 300 yen for a quick 30 minute wash and 100 Yen for 20 mins of drying. (We needed 40mins of dryer use, so put in 200 Yen straight up and you'll get 40 minutes automatically). A lovely, spacious area near reception to catch up with friends. You can purchase other amenities like slippers if needed. Luggage forwarding: They kindly received and stored our luggage that was forwarded (approx 500 yen per luggage per night was quoted initially although they charged us only 2000 Yen for 3 suitcases for about 4 nights storage). They use Yamato services - so convenient and I highly recommend using this service. Convenient location to everything including all brands of convenient stores and a larger supermarket 4 mins walk away. 7-eleven next door! A pharmacy a few doors down.

The room shape was not exactly what I saw on bookings.com when I first booked the hotel there was a floor plan and I had hoped to get that type of room space as we have 2 little kids I was looking for something specific. Though we made do it felt a little tight

Great location, restaurant at reception was a great convenience and a 7/11 with great convenience meals right next door. Room was comfortable and very clean. Great basic amenities in the room, bathroom was very clean, laundry room was great, washers and dryers were quick and gentle on clothes.

Near the station and few minutes walk. 7E is just downstairs and very convenient. It is also near to the car rental and we have no issue to carry our luggage and walk to the car rental collection place to collect the car. Room is very clean and cozy and we all love it.

Nothing I could think of.

Although generally on the pricier side, the aparthotel style of Mimaru appeals greatly to the families with kids of all ages. Everything is laid out in a functional manner, including comfy wide beds, a communal dining table, luggage space, the provision of a sink/hob/the works for mums who needed to do some light bottle/cutlery washing. It is situated in between 2 train lines (Hibiya subway and the Keiyo line) and is also an affordable 6-8 minute taxi ride from Tokyo station for those with onerous luggage concerns. The Hatchobori surrounds are quiet and filled with family friendly restaurants (Royal Garden/Denny’s/Saizeraya) and a 24-hour Maruetsu grocery store is just 5 minutes away. Also there were plenty of convenience stores, 7-11 being on the Hotel’s ground floor. The staff speak fluent English and are happy to help out. The Eco cleaning option actually made sense as we needed only a change of towels and trash removal during our stay. Lastly, having travelled in winter, it helped that the laundry room was equipped with 6 washers/dryers for shorter waits between guests. Overall, it was a great experience for our 3-night stay and I will not hesitate to stay at the Hotel again.
