The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and tidy. Theater room accommodated 6 adults well. Laundry room is a plus. Train stations are near for ease of transportation. Many food establishments to choose from.

While it is near hibiya Station, it does take some understanding to move around the massive tokyo metro line to get around more efficiently

The blind simply cannot block out the sunlight which is the worst part of the whole stay and we couldn’t get good sleep as we were woken up very early in the morning. Also, it is quite far from the Tokyo station and it is a bit tough to walk for 20 mins to get to Tokyo station in this very hot weather.

The size of the room, the well equipped kitchen and the washer/dryer which is very useful during the very hot weather in Japan as we need to wash our clothes every night after a long day. The staff are very helpful and were able to fix our a/c water dripping issue very quickly.

Overall room size is quite small, but all hotel in Japan is like that, so not a major problem.

Good location, just minutes from subway, and you can walk to Tokyo station in 20 mins. Room have everything you need, microwave, oven, even a rice cooker! Excellent for family stay.

Was in more of a business area (vs tourist), so keep in mind if that’s important to you. Tokyo Station is walkable distance, but still a good 15-20 min walk.

Very clean, great facilities, staff very friendly and helpful. Very walkable to subway stops and 7-11 downstairs is very convenient. We stayed in the connecting 2-bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. Laundry room was also great to have.

Our room was a comfortable size for three or four guest. liked the toilet, shower/tub, and sink were all separate spaces. has a stove, that we did not use ;) liked that the washing machines include soap.

Just one thing: staff mistakenly sent us to the wrong and inferior room the first day and then instead of sending us to our correct room, they sent the people whose room we were mistakenly sent to our room and then tried to move us the next day after we were unpacked and fully established in the room. Then they harassed us for the next few days trying to get us to move. This made us uncomfortable, especially or kids who avoided the 2nd floor. We were compensated for the inferior room but it didn’t feel like enough for the time and inconvenience we suffered.

Location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Staff was kind. View of SkyTower was amazing. Room setup fit our needs and felt Japanese.

We can hear the sound from the other room through the thin wall in our bedrooms.

There is a convenience store on the first floor, and it is really close to the Hachobori and Kayabacho stations. There are so many restaurants and minimarts in that area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a complete set of dining utensils. The hotel also provides a coin laundry room. The hotel also provides luggage services to be sent to different cities. A trip to Tokyo Disney Sea or Tokyo Disneyland is acceptable; it takes only around 36 minutes by metro.

I would have preferred a washing machine in room but there seems to be a laundry room which i did not explore.

Excellent location that is just a 2-5 mins walk to 2 metro stations, Hatchobori (2mins) and Kayabacho (5mins). There is a 7-11 and a Saizeriya located within the hotel that can be accessed without getting wet if raining. Just next to the hotel is a pharmacy. Rooms are comfy, clean, well equipped (fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, induction stove, crockery and pots etc.). Towels and trash are cleared daily but cleaning is done once a couple of days which is good enough. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. :)
