Nothing, if I come to Tokyo again in the future will most likely stay here again.

Perfect for a big family of 6 with a toddler. 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchenette and a washing machine inside the room which we used every day. The location was perfect, close to the Sensoji shrine , 15-20 min walk from skytree. Close to the station and a mini stop around the corner

Staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond for us. From luggage forwarding to helping a sick family member, organising transport etc. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment suite was everything we needed in Kyoto. A reasonable walk from Kyoto station, but only about 5 minutes from the nearest subway exit. Very manageable with luggage. The suite was very comfortable and enough room for the 4 adults. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows, but each room has individual air-conditioning controls; and truth be told, we were only in the room in the evenings/end of day so this did not impact our stay. We stayed for 6 nights, but the room was comfortable enough that we could have quite easily stayed longer.

It was a little noisy at times with the outside traffic but bearable.

The family room was a good size and spacious. Two bathrooms was a luxury. Close to station, restaurants and convenience stores. Enjoyed our stay.

No couch

The room size and layout was great. No couch but 2 separate bedrooms, a separate toilet to the bathroom (great for groups sharing) cool modern design . Very limited cooking facilities. Comfortable dining table. Great adequate air conditioning. Right near the train station. Very quiet room.

There's nothing that I don't like about this hotel.

This place is SPOTLESS and spacious for a family of four. I love having a living/family room for us to hang out with our two teenagers. Having two bedrooms and showers are a big plus when everyone is trying to get cleaned up. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of tools and utensils in excellent conditions. We didn't cook though as there are too many good places to eat nearby. The washer/dryer is the reason that I book this place. Hotel is next to a train track but not noisy at all. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would stay there again.

The location is good. Had the Theatre Room on the highest floor. It was big with a good view of the SkyTree.

Pillows and mattresses are too soft for my liking but overall comfortable.

Excellent location in Asakusa, close to local attractions and sights. One of the very few apartment hotels which has its own laundry facilities in your apartment, which is very convenient for families, especially at the end of long days exploring.

It would be nice to have 2 toilets in the suite (just like the Mimaru suites in Kyoto), but the size of the suite is already pretty comfortable, not a big issue

The view of Tokyo Skytree from our suite's windows was gorgeous! Loved the suite's furnishings and location, all the beds were very soft & comfy (we literally sink into the beds at night) and the rooms were all very clean & well maintained.

The property is literally 5 minutes walk from Sensoji Temple and all of the surrounding markets/food stalls.
