The half bathroom in the larger bedroom has only a shower and a sink. It would have been nice to have a toilet in there.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom theater suite. The unit is quite large, with a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family of four. Our room had a nice view of Skytree. Easy to walk to many places, including Skytree and the Senso Ji temple. Asakusa Station is about 8 minute walk. The room had good black-out blinds, which was helpful as we adjusted to our jetlag.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Nakamise-dori Street and Senso-ji Temple. Lovely walk over the River to Sky Tree Tokyo too. Excellent transport links to other parts of Tokyo.

Cannot fault it!

WOW! What an INCREDIBLE experience! We have come to Japan many times and stayed in different hotels, this one was amazing for a family of 4. The spacious serviced apartment and the amenities were wonderful. Close to the station, department stores and famous sites. The best were the incredible staff that go over and beyond. We have to do a very special call out to Risa -she really made our stay so special. This will be our go to from now on -just feels like home away from home. Thank you so much for an incredible stay.

The beds were too soft. It gave us back aches. Would prefer a firmer mattress or more futons be available to change the soft mattresses.

The location was very nice. Very near the train stations and a lot of mini stop, 7-11, family marts were available nearby. There were groceries nearby too. What you see on the website is what you get.

This place was great for our family. Two bedrooms, and living room with kitchen. The location was excellent! Very close to the train, market, restaurants, and Tokyo Sky Tree. The staff were friendly, and informative. I would definitely stay there again

The beds were too soft for our liking.

The staff was excellent. The location was central and across the hotel is a beautiful river walk lined with cherry blossoms. The rooms are bigger than most hotel rooms, the hotel staff goes the extra mile for you, helped me with booking a car for a day trip and a taxi for our next destination. The room we had also had a washer/dryer and coffee machine both were lifeasavers and a really decent view of the skytree. The only thing I can say is I would have preferred a firmer bed otherwise 10/10 would come back again.p

The main bedroom was always humid. That really made us feel uncomfortable.

Two bedrooms are comfortable for four people of the family. We used the washing machine a lot and it’s convenient for us to clean and dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is excellent to reach anywhere.
