The location was well placed being within walking distance of 3 stations, that allowed us to go to most places without having to transfer (or transfer excessively) and is a 15 minute car ride to Disneyland to boot! That and the neighbourhood was uncrowded, quiet and fairly local allowed us to get a nice feel of the city; we especially loved walking to Ningyocho to eat. Mimaru's reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful especially with food recommendations! The apartment was sufficient - compact and comfortable for us 4. All in, we would definitely stay here the next time we come back to Tokyo.

Very nice and spacious room with bunk bed, dining area and small kitchenette. Hotel looks new and nice. Good that it has a laundromat too. Short walk to the nearest subway station with easy access to other parts of Tokyo,, and there are 24h convenience shops nearby.

Excellent location. Less than 5 min walk to T-CAT and the nearest Metro station. Walking distance to one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Tokyo. The facility is nice, clean, and no fuss. Perfect set up for family. The staff is also friendly. The only thing that I thought they could improve on was changing the washroom doors to sliding doors to improve the use of space. (These doors open to the narrow entryway/kitchen, which could make things really tight.) It would also be nice to have small bottles/packets cooking oil and salt/pepper available to buy or borrow.

3-minute walk to Tokyo City Air Terminal and 2-minute walk to the Z line train station. Convenient location for visiting Shibuya and Asakusa. Clean and cozy room.

The beds few quite firm and not too comfy - especially after walking 17+kms around Tokyo every day!

A really great apartment style hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke great english. The room was large and well equiped. It was also really modern and completely spotless. We were travelling as a family with 2 boys under 10. We had plenty of space, the kids loved the bunk beds!

The location was superb! Very close walking distance to the train lines, we had quick, easy access all over Tokyo from this hotel. The T-CAT (limousine bus) station from Narita is a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. A 1 hour bus ride from Narita Airport - very, very easy to get to this hotel!
The surrounding area was quiet - a Lawsons and 7-11 within a 1-2 minute walk. Some really great local restaurants in the area - well worth exploring the local area by foot.

The rooms were great but could be cleaned more thoroughly. The corners of the rooms and some surfaces were very dusty and triggered my allergies.

It was very comfortable and the front desk staff were excellent in terms of demeanour and service provided.

The room was very spacious with multiple beds for a whole family. There were two couches and desk for us to relax and even invite guests over. The fully equipped facility had everything we required for our stay. T-CAT being in the proximity makes it convenient to get to the airport without worrying about your luggage.

The best hotel we've stayed. The staff were all very warm and super accommodating, they were always ready to help in anyway they can. Special mention to Summer and Risa. The hotel is located walking distance to 3 train stations which made it easy to go places. The room is very comfortable for 4 persons in terms of space, very clean, odor free and so quiet. We will definitely stay in every Mimaru hotel when we come again to Japan. Thank you Mimaru Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae for wonderfully accommodating us.

Room is fairly small, so not much room for luggages, not as many resturants as the other busy areas.

The hotel is quite new and very clean. Very close to the City Air Terminal so easy access to the airport.
