Ikebukuro is a bit far from most of the sights in Tokyo No breakfast provided / available (no restaurant / cafe in the hotel) After 10pm, there is no front desk service and the main door needs the keycard to unlock but the security guard is helpful and will assist if you need anything.

Stayed in the spacious 2-bedroom apartment that came with 2 toilets. Price was not too expensive for Tokyo. Rooms are clean. Daily changing of towels and clearing of trash even though apartment cleaning is only done every 3 days. Slippers and toothbrush/paste provided. Nice lounge with washing machines and dryers, vending machines (even though my apartment came with a washing machine and dryer). Location fairly near the Ikebukuro station, near a lot of food and shopping. Airport shuttle is available at Ikebukuro station as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suitable for families.

The people above us were walking/running loudly, causing loud noises at night, even past 12 midnight.

Location is excellent, though, if nearer to Ikebukuro Station will be better. But then again, the location allowed it to be nice and quiet.

Very spacious! There were 2 toilets with 2 dressing rooms, rare for stays in tokyo. We booked the suite which had one room containing a bunk bed+ 2 single beds, and another room with 2 single beds. My 4 children loved the huge dining table facing the huge tv and they could play video games before it! Place is about 7 min from Ikebukuro station . Most importantly, place is clean and huge!

Very convenient to food and shopping. Also easy to get to from the train station. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - they helped us to plan our transport to our next city destination. Our room was very comfortable with all the conveniences and the bed was very comfortable as well.

the suite is big enough for a family of 5. three of them are kids and they have enough space for each of them. second floor it has the laundry and a play area for kids which make it a thumb up for that.

KTV, beer restaurant and nightclub opposite to main street. Quite difficult to find the location of hotel if you are not familiar with the area.

Very close to supermarket and Familymart. 10 minutes walk to JR/subway station. also lots of beer restaurant nearby.

This hotel was one of the best for sure. I went with my mom, dad, sis, my husband and my son. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartment and it had everything a family would ask for (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The staffs were friendly and very helpful as well. Bonus point- my room had a laundry machine and you could ask for a pack of detergent at the front desk

the front desk was not standing by 24 hours, we have to checkout at 6:30 and need to leave our luggage at the lobby but can't as the staff will come on 7:00, so we only need to wait there. Luckily we still can make it to our train. The hotel is a bit distance from the nearest MRT.

the style was cute and so perfect for our 4 grown adult family. The was clean and the beds were so comfortable, only if you are using the top bunk bed you should beware your head a little bit.

the hotel had a common room lounge in the 2nd floor which was great but we weren’t allowed to use it after checking out while waiting for our airport bus. that was a shame. bathrooms could do with lots more hooks for hanging towels, clothes etc

Room cleaning is hit and miss. One of the day they didn't clean the room even though we didn't have do not disturb sign and claimed that we did which was disappointing. When the room was 'cleaned' the vacuuming was not thorough.

Pillow is too soft and flat. Would be nice to have daily cleaning instead of just changing of towels. It is a long walk from the train station.

I didn't like having to leave and wish we had stayed there longer. Hopefully we will be back and book our stay at Mimaru!!!!!

The location was perfect. easy to catch the trains or reasonable if we needed to catch a taxi. the staff were always exceptionally polite, informative AND ACCURATE!!!!!! They were so helpful and responsive when we asked for a few additional supplies for our room.
