We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaAlthough I booked the larger room of 25 square meters, there was no closet in the room. Just a small space of about 2 feet with railing and 6 hangers. No shelf to even put clothes.
Good location. Lots of eateries and shopping. Close to metro station. Staff were efficient in helping me check out and were willing to help store my luggage for 2 weeks until I return to Tokyo again.

PhilippinesI loved the location, including the easy walkable 7/11 nearby the hotel and the easily accessible Uber drivers and taxis just outside the hotel.
I love the intimate room with straightforward perks like the mini fridge and the air filter inside the hotel room. My room was facing the street and although it was more pricey than the rest the view and sky view was well worth it.

Decent size room (twin room) for Tokyo standards, very clean. The hotel decor was modern in Japanese way, loved the smell of foyer when you walk in (hubby thought it was too peppery but I loved it). Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to multiple metro stations, Tokyo station, Tsukiji market, Retail shops and many eateries. Love the large public bath on level 2. We loved our stay so much that when we came back to Tokyo a week later, we stayed here again.

Hong KongThe moderate double room with queen bed is too small for my 2 teens. Should have booked the moderate twin bed or deluxe twin. Having said that, the price for the moderate double is very reasonable for Ginza Tokyo.
Fantastic location. Nice lobby waiting area. Triple room is good size. When my bathtub drainage hole had a smell, the staff showed great concern and immediately got it fixed. Very responsive!
