Self check-in process was cumbersome, not as easy as going to front desk. No facial towel/washcloth. No complimentary water bottles like other 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable, and shower only had handheld spray.

Clean and plenty of space for luggage. Close to high end clothing stores. Gorgeous lobby.

The laundry room is something I don't like. Having only 2 machines for the entire building definitely are not enough. If there is no room to add more machines, why not take them out? I have been staying there for 3 consecutive nights, and found them almost 24-hour occupied (I went there in the morning, afternoon, evening, and even 3am). I will suggest to have washer and dryer separately, so at least I could do the wash, and hang the clothes inside my room.

My original booking was a single room in which the view is the roof top of the other building nearby. Luckily, there are twin bed room available, and I could change the next 2 days with additional charges, the view is much nicer and I like it a lot. Metro stations, shopping malls, restaurants and etc. are nearby, very convenient and I highly recommended it.

I have stayed at 5 different hotels around this traffic junction. The hotel is across the street from Higashi-Ginza Station Exit A1 with elevator (lift). Location is excellent if you fly via Haneda airport with direct train. It has convenient access to food (next door) and Ginza shopping (3min). The room is of larger size compared to others and clean. Onsen is a plus.

The price was a little steep for what we wanted to pay. The washer and dryers were full almost the whole time we stayed there. We were hoping to do laundry but never got a chance.

The breakfast was incredible. You could pick between western, sushi, or Japanese. There were also other items that you could eat at the buffet. The breakfast itself is worth a great deal of money and it was included in our price.

Definitely, we like the location as it at the heart of Tokyo, Ginza - 1 minute walk to the Seiko/Mitsukoshi intersection. It is 10 minutes walk to Tsukiji Market and that is truly convenient. The hotel also offers public onsen and that is so wonderful to have onsen right in the middle of Ginza. On every floor, they offers a room with microwave oven and ice making machine. What more do we need ?!?

The bed we had for the first couple of nights was very worn out. It was not very comfortable and gave us a backache.
