Low bathroom sink height, small and poorly equipped gym, and very slow dryers in the laundry room.

We liked the great location in the heart of Ginza, clever stretch topped room slippers that actually fit, a very decent sized room with a view of the street, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and a generous 11am checkout.

Rooms are tiny, beds are very uncomfortable, bathroom cleanliness could have been better For what we paid I expected more,seeing as the 3 hotels we stayed in prior to this one in Japan offered more for less money per night.

The hotel looked better on pictures. The lobby was ok, but the bedrooms were very small and lack decoration or quality. The bedrooms had a bathroom door that looked liked a small office door, the bathroom was very small and non functional. This was the third hotel we stayed in Tokio and for the same value I think there are more comfortable options. Also the dining area was very small. I was really disappointed as this was the last hotel we stayed in Tokio and we could have stayed in a better hotel for the same price.

The hotel was in a good location, near a train station. The staff was very helpful.

The room has enough space for two people, the bathroom also has a good size, it is not big but it is also not very tight. The location is excellent on the subway side and close to the main streets of Ginza and the fish market, there are 7eleven nearby and several good restaurants. The hotel offers suitcase delivery service for the next hotel, which was very good since the subway has many stairs. The hotel's breakfast is very very good, it has a traditional Japanese breakfast that is excellent.

Location is great, room is normal sized like the ones you usually find in most countries yet bigger than most of those in Tokyo. Very close to the metro and really convenient if you take train in and out Narita airport with heavy luggages as the closest access to the direct train has lift so you don’t have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs

The breakfast buffet was fair. There is normally a queue from 7-8.

Room was sufficient size for this single traveler. Walking distance for shoppers of all tastes. Caught my first Kabuki show at nearby Kabukiza.

Akiko-san at the reception. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly and patient. She made us reservation for dinner, explained about subway travel, purchased airport bus tickets, etc. A great help! The location of the hotel. It’s close to subway stations, shops and department stores, cafes and restaurants, and at the same time quiet and away from the crowds in Ginza.

Front desk English was not very great.

Great location in Ginza—right by metro station—lots of mid price restaurants and coffee shops. Room was very efficient in its design—western bathroom that came with pajamas. Hotel has bathroom amenities in the lobby if you forgot anything. All in all, highly recommend.

Gym onsite was available but not 24/7. My window faced a concrete wall, would have been better off not even having a window at that point.

Great check-in process, very professional and friendly staff. Late night communal bath was a good experience. Room was good sized. Bathrooms were a good size
